Pros +
- Great little in above Chick and Ruth's central to everything in downtown Annapolis, everyone was friendly and room was clean.
- I liked the location of the hotel as it was in downtown Annapolis.
- Location. "Free" breakfast
Cons -
- The room was "pretty rough around the edges". I know this can happen in hotels, however the bed was kind of hard, the pillows were old and flat. Additionally when I went to take a shower Sunday morning there was no shower head, only a faucet.
- Room on road/loud. Price not worth it (really paying for "FREE" breakfast" & location). Bed was terrible! The bottom was ripped down (perhaps from a dog since it is pet friendly). Window shades not right size/not to bottom (no privacy). No curtains
- The room was small, but we knew that going in (as we booked a room for 2 sharing a double bed). Ultimately, it was all of the space we needed- but if you are looking for somewhere to have downtime, this probably is not your best spot.

This was one of the greatest hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was incredibly lovely. Location was perfect. But the greatest part might have been dining at Chick & Ruth¿s downstairs. The food was fantastic with a large menu and wonderful staff

The room was charming and the bed was very comfortable.
Walking up 3 flights of stairs.
I got what I was expecting. The building is old but has that appeal and charm. Location is great, if you don't mind being in the middle of street buzz downtown. I knew it and was expecting it. Lots of shops. The deli below is great. I liked it overall.
Being old has charm, but does lack some newer features and comfort. If I was younger and had more time to kill, being in the heart of downtown could have been more fun, but I am not a young man anymore. Enjoy it for what it is.
Location, location, location. Room was cute, establishment quaint and quiirky. Quieter than expected. Breakfast was tasty (but read the fine print on your breakfast deal: Know what to expect and your expectations will be met).
Family-owned and thus sometimes the quirks went in the others direction. My bed was missing its topsheet, for example. No biggie, just... Quirky. That said, have I mentioned location? Can't. Be. Beat.
Fun place. Had a very European feel as it's small rooms over a restaurant. The deli downstairs is great - kind servers and good food. The room is small, but clean.
The TVs need an upgrade.
Location was great. Close to shops and restaurants.
Parking was $20. Ticket given by hotel to get discount parking didn't work. Also if you want to sleep don't get a room in front of hotel. Super loud til 130am and then early delivery trucks at 630am. Also rooms need new carpet. Lots of stains.
Nice room in the centre of Annapolis. Helpful staff.
Room on the small side but ok.
Location location location. Looking for a night out in beautiful downtown historic Annapolis? It's literally right outside the front door.
The sink to the bathroom was actually next to the bed. That was a little weird, but no matter. The room was outdated, but who cares. It's what's right outside that counts! Plus the staff was friendly and the deli right downstairs serves amazing food.
The location and the breakfast.
