Pros +
- The location
- This was our first trip to Salem and looked for a hotel that was in the busy shopping area. This hotel was perfect! It was in the middle of it all and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was amazing and took great care of us!

Cons -
- The heat wasn’t turned on. My room was freezing. Thankfully staff brought me a space heater. Also, I was disappointed in the shower. Barely warm water, with very poor pressure along with the shower head seemingly to be on the wrong end in the shower.
- The room had a bed with no margins on three sides (wall, window, wall) The most bizarre room I've encountered. To make the bed, you would have to climb on top of the bed! Wow!
- My only complaint at all is that it was very warm in the room even with the a/c on.

Location and dining options
Rented a king suite, but room layout was uncomfortable and 1st floor was noisy inside and out.
The location & the decor it very nice!
You can hear all the noise going on in the hotel into the late hours in your room. The press & takes a very long time for the water to heat up.
Quiet location. Comfy size room and bath
Mornings with people moving around are a bit loud. Hallway light shines in crack in door. Doesn't bother us but it can bother some.
Fantastic location right on Essex Street. Very modern feel. Walking distance to all historic and tourist sites Perfect location for Salem's night life.
The hotel is brand new and was lacking Leone finishing touches like a soap dish and trash can in the bathroom.
I Loved the location, design work, and service.
Loved it
The room. Once you found the hotel, dragged your things there, and settled in location was nice and central. Nice staff.
No phone in room to reach front desk....weird! No place to pull up to to check in. We could not find it turns out it is located on a pedestrian walkway. We had to park blocks away in a parking garage and lug all of our things. Not informed prior.
Our ROOM was amazing! We were on the third floor and it had lofted ceilings, window seats, a really amazing bathroom. Also (important to me) the lighting was really good. The bedding was super fantastic (we really didn't want to get up in the morning)
The arrangement of the "lobby" is a touch confusing because you walk in the front into the restaurant. It wasn't really terribly obvious that the front desk was just beyond the bar and front tables. Might want to find a swanky sign to make that obvious.
Location and style
The staff were all accommodating, kind, and receptive to my needs. I had a lot of special ?asks? that they made happen without hesitation.
Location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance for everything.
Location was great
You had to find your own parking
The employees went above and beyond due to the Covid restrictions
List is to long.
