Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites

The nautical theme, free parking, and very clean.

The breakfast and service was mediocre to say the most. Very lacking. Not worth the cost.

Hotel is perfect location to walk to main parts of Salem, restaurants, tourists attractions, and also the water! It’s very clean, super comfortable beds, friendly staff, and the location was absolutely perfect!!!

The only thing we did not like was not having a fridge or microwave available in our room. Other than that it was perfect!

The room service, pool and parking!

The location was great and we loved the vibe of the hotel. Parking was also a major plus and the front desk staff were wonderful.

Room could have been a little cleaner, there were visible dried muddy footprints on the floor upon first entering the room and the shower curtain was moldy.

Clean, comfortable and pretty environment. Staff here were great! I loved it.

The hotel was located near many of the tourist spots I wanted to visit. It was also located nearby to many gift shops and restaurants.

Depending on the type of room you selected, refrigerators and microwaves were not standard items.

Location in town

The fitness center was closed and this wasn't advertised anywhere. The room was very small for the $---/night price tag.

Downtown but free parking. Close to everything where one can leave the car and walk

No refrigerators in room we brought back tons of food after checking in and had no refrigerator.. Then no microwave..We thought good hotel but seriously¿ They gotta join civilization! JoJo

No fridge or microwave in a town filled with food.. we checked in went out to eat came back with food/ takeout and couldn¿t keep it cold or reheat it!

Free parking. Easy access. Near places we wanted to go. Perfect location.

The locations is good.

There were dirty socks in my bed. They didn¿t even change the linens when I found them, they only changed it the next day when I complained again.

The location of this hotel was right on the waterfront, as suggested in the name :) And was within just a few blocks of many historic attractions, restaurants and museums. They also offer free parking which was such a nice touch.

The location is excellent.

The rooms were dated, sitting chairs in the rooms were very worn, and the wallpaper was peeling in several spots. The heat/AC unit was loud and did not provide much cooling power. There was a large air purifier running in the hallway. Not impressed.

Rooms need updates. Floors where not clean chair in the room had fringes in the arms. No USB ports any where to be found. There was paint peeling in the bathroom.

The pool was amazing. The location was near the tours of Salem and great views from the rooms!

It was ok.

The website says that the rooms have ¿soundproofing¿ but it was honestly the noisiest hotel I have ever been to. You could hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms and there was music from the restaurant downstairs.

It was clean an staff very friendly.

I actually was very disappointed. The hotel was not close to water an the pictures were very deceitful. Paid more because I thought it was by the water.

Location is amazing. Loved the local shops and restaurants just a few hundred feet away. Downtown and many local sites within walking distance.

The bar drinks were too strong and not properly made. Bartender was very friendly, cheerful and attentive but her drinks were just awful. Just might need a bit of retraining and encouragement and she would be awesome.
