Location was close to the "T" transit, Boston Common Park, Trinity Church, the Boston Public Library and the Prudential Building. The lobby area still has that special "historical" look and the concierge and maintenance staff were friendly and helpful.

Staying at CitizenM was a different new hotel experience for me. Although some previous customer reviews see the smallness of the room as a negative, I loved the its efficient and thoughtful use of space. I also loved the spacious common areas.
