Staying at CitizenM was a different new hotel experience for me. Although some previous customer reviews see the smallness of the room as a negative, I loved the its efficient and thoughtful use of space. I also loved the spacious common areas.
Reception staff were super friendly and helpful - but there weren't enough of them. And honestly, the check-in vibe seemed a bit cold with the first thing to greet you being the checkin computers (with staff tucked behind them).
