I didn¿t like the fact that they tried to charge me double and I had to dispute it. Ad the manager was unavailable and was allegedly the only one who could take care of it. Never returned phone call, no explanation. I would never use this hotel again.

Good location, overall room was good sized and quiet. Stayed New Years eve expecting a lot of noise and there was none. Staff was courteous, plenty of parking.

The sheets were cleaned but stained and rooms were a bit dated. It¿s was clean overall but not maintained.

Yes, I didn't like that the bed had a big red stain on it. The bed was noisy and not very comfortable. The walls in the room and bathroom were full of stain. It also looked like the bathroom had mold in it.

They gave me a room with someone already in it and didn't conp or upgrade my room. I felt unsafe

Dirty rooms, staines and holes in towels and bedding, mold in the bathroom, mold on my husband's Bagel 1 morning, our room wasn't at all cleaned 1 day we were there. We came back after being gone all day to a dirty room. Spiders and cobwebs all over....

This hotel was in a nice location - not too far from Boston and close to services and restaurants. The beds were clean.

It was a bit more run down than I was expecting, and not as clean as I expect. We found some hairs in the shower and on a towel. Peeling wallpaper and moldy caulk in shower. Big gap under door that let the noise in; we laid a towel across it at night.

Enjoyed the breakfast.

I specifically booked a room with a fridge because I was bringing food. The first room's fridge was completely iced over and not cold. The second room's was not as bad but still not cold. I was refused the option of a third room. Will never stay at BW.

The cleanliness was not great. The walls and doors were smudged with dirt. The blankets and towels were stained and had fluids on them. There were hairs in our bed.

It has a look and feel of a disaster zone-no amenities, everything cordoned off with caution tape. Not a welcoming feel to it at all. Desk staff was efficient but not especially charming or hospitable.

Smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Cigarette holes in bedspread.

It was mostly clean, the last TWO hotels I stayed in had bugs. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet!

No breakfast because of COVID but still had free breakfast in advertisement. Pillows were small and awkward.

Room was at 47 degrees, very cold, Very strong cigar smell. 2 venders machines was not working..

Up all night due to loud music played upstairs all night.

The bedsheets were paperthin how they get sheets so thin it’s amazing the pillows for a king size bed I expected for long pillows I got a little square pillows that were about a foot and a half square each and the filling was very lumpy terrible pillows

What you you think of that I like about it from the bathroom was not really clean before that was not going to clean . This is the second time I stay there the first one that I got the first time it was nice clean beautiful love everything really sanitize

It was quiet, clean, and easy to get to.

It just got a little loud at night. If it was just my boyfriend and i, we would not have cared. But we had our daughter with us, and it was her first time in a hotel. And the loud people in the halls kept her up. I know you can't help people being loud.
