The location was great for our needs and the starbucks, dollar tree, tjmaxx, and homegoods were bonuses!

You can tell pets have stayed as our room had that faint animal odor which we could have done without but for the price we understand.

- never seen a hotel room without carpet - breakfast was horrible - location - since the hotel is located right on the highly and little merge area, it’s very dangerous to join the traffic. - fitness room closes at 9:00pm, never experienced this before.

The lounge area in the lobby was very small. There was an office chair at the desk in the room to sit; otherwise just the bed. Good place to sleep but that?s all.

Hardwood floors, sheets and towels smelt clean, comfy bed.

The flush for the toilet didn't always work.

good location. room worked well. room had blackout blinds that worked. bed was comfortable and we slept well. breakfast eggs and yogurt were good.

Ordered a king room given 2 queens. Some road noise but slept well with plugs. clean room but dirty window. weak breakfast. watery juice. unpalatable instant coffee machine. cold mushy potatoes. no bacon the days we were there. we had breakfast elsewhere.

The staff were very accommodating. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed.

They allow pets however, the area for walking your dog is off in a small area, across the parking lot. It would be nicer if the dog-walk area were closer to the hotel so you wouldn't feel nervous at night walking your dog.

During check out, I informed the fellow at the front desk that the hair dryer didnt work. He seemed genuinely concerned.

The lock on the door we were assigned didnt work initially, so I went back down and they replaced the key for the same room. That TOO didnt work, then they changed the room. So 3 attempts to get into a room and the gal at the desk barely budged to help

Location is key and all the shops and food around are great as well

The cheap mattesses brought us to the middle of the bed and then we sunk down. It was very difficult to get up once this happens. There is zero traction in the bathtub so once you lather up the floor gets slippery and there was not 1 bar to grab onto.

Parking was great until Fri/Sat. No parking available and the make shift parking seemed really risky. Breakfast was stopped earlier than listed. Nothing was out at 930. Staff did offer to get me a muffin but I would have liked to seen my options.

There was a bed!

Where do I start? From the stained sheets, the sticky floors that looked like they haven¿t been cleaned in weeks, the toilet seat had dried up poop on it- this hotel shouldn¿t charge what they do for a night stay. It was absolutely disgusting!

The room stunk like smoke so strong. The sign says "This is a 100% Non-Smoking Hotel" but that isn't the case. Very stinky.

The woman putting the breakfast out was miserable at 6am grunting moaning complaing about her job i never ate breakfast here .was she in pain and working idk but not something enjoyable to hear on vacation .get her help.

Said it offered hot breakfast(why I chose this hotel)after all checked in,Said no hot breakfast! She was very nice though! Elevator dirty,bathroom smelled moldy and toilet was loose

Gloomy, Marijuana all thru the building 24/7 Two extra charges on my card totalling --- Depressing hotel

Smells like cheap cat litter. Our belongings stunk after leaving even though we only spent 12hrs max there. Not clean. Felt like we needed to be disinfected after leaving. Almost --- bucks for one night and Motel 6 would have been better
