When I checked in the front desk person first mumbled at me and then yelled at me when I said I couldn't hear her, there was no soap available for 24 hours as I was told there was a "soap shortage", and the pool was incredibly small.

Location and room size

Amenities could be better. Internet is sketchy, TV in the room not good...coffee is not available all day long, fitness center could use some upgrades

The hotel seemed to be newly renovated and my room was large, clean, the beds were very comfortable and the layout of the room was condusive to my needs.
