Super friendly and helpful staff

Musty smell and old slightly dirty bathtub

location, housekeeping staff were friendly

No near by restaurants and shopping centers and was not accommodated on the room I had previously requested

Location. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

Bathroom could have been cleaned better and the beds were not comfortable.

Sticky bathroom doors. Flat pillows. Stained sheets. Cigarette smelling non smoking floor. Rude lady in the front. No washcloths no room service cleaning. Had to take out my own garbage and towels and retrieve new ones

Convenient location to highway.

Breakfast was minimal and prob one of the worst of our travels.No extras for guests like even a water carafe in lobby, no blow dryers in rooms,lightbulb in room was blown,tv didn't work due to missing HDMI cord,flea bites.We alerted staff to issues. 👎

No housekeeping for the nine days we stayed put your dirty towels outside. Had to ask for more. Don’t smoking establishment, but the smell of marijuana was everywhere

La ma�ana del dia adicional que llegue ingrese con 4 maletas grandes, la recepcionista una Sra. De manera despectiva me pregunto cuantos dias me quedaria? Me perece que no debio preguntarme y senti que me vio latina y por eso lo hizo?

I did not like how cold the pool room was, how a dirty garbage can that was not ours sat outside of our room for 2 days upon check in. Both nights we stayed, LOUD music was played until 3am and a dog was barking the majority of our second night

Room was not cleaned once during 4 night stay

The bathroom light and exhaust did not work. There were long strands of dark here in the bathtub obviously it was not cleaned at all by housekeeping when I brought it to the management attention they did absolutely nothing.

The first room I had smelled horrible after 3 days I had to ask for another room .The other room was adequate and better smelling.

Clean, kids enjoyed pool & breakfast was good

It was nice that it was directly off an interstate exit and had several walkable restaurants surrounding it. Pool was large and water looked clean.

Entire hotel had a damp feel and musty smell that they very heavily perfumed over. Beds were way too soft. I sunk down so far I basically slept in a sitting position. AC was noisy and weak.

Staff was so friendly and helpful! Chad gladly put our artificial ices in the freezer over night! Breakfast was great, too! Hotel employee was friendly there and worked hard restocking and cleaning!
