- They had no tv in the room just a remote the phone nor clock worked bug crawling in bed and it had a mildew odor cannot get anyone to refund me my money for not having proper accommodations
- There was no phone in the room, so if I needed anything at the hotel, I had to call from my cell phone. After multiple phone calls to the front desk, all I got was a busy signal.

It was in a good location and the staff were nice.
It was not very clean. There was a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom left by a prior guest. There was a moldy coffee pod thingy in the coffee pot. There was hair on the toilet (not pubic). For the price I expected it to be a lot cleaner.
Horrible customer service had to move rooms 3 x in one night for broken toilet , tv general manager hostile and rude

Had to switch rooms three times to find a working television and they front desk kept deactivating the wrong key so I would be locked out on and off until I could locate someone to reactive. Ask for manager no call back
The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were just right! The room was very clean and the employees were exceptionally nice. Will be staying again.
The bathroom mirror had a film on it that could not be wiped off. Could not see very well. That was only a minor problem and we never mentioned it to the staff.
