Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Baton Rouge -Port Allen By IHG

IT WAS VERY CLEAN...EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN FLOOR ,ELEVATORS, POOL, HALL WAYS, COUNTERS, ETC....

Not enough parking, it fills up fast because it's a great hotel....not really a complaint though...

The staff was great. breakfast was decent enough.

The hotel is showing somewhere and terror and needs to be updated.

The water for the sink pressure was very low, but I think they are using a green faucet. The water pressure for the bathtub was excellent.

One nice desk attendant created new room keys for us and apologized for the hotel's scheduling debacle pertaining to our stay.

Wrong room, wrong number of nights scheduled, two indifferent employees, an unsafe, slippery floor in the first room assigned *which was not the type of room I booked, and a gigantic cockroach was scaling the wall of the dining area as we ate breakfast.

Room was dirty, bathroom shower rod was broken. Did not have pancake mix for breakfast, an increasing problem with Holiday Inn Express hotels. Staff was approachable, but not what I would expect from a hotel staff in terms of service and friendliness.

Easy to access. Breakfast was not as good as most other holiday inn express locations but it worked. The room had some issues such as a broken faucet in the sink. It was broken so badly it was hard to use. Also the shower gel dispenser was empty. 95%score

I have never felt more unsafe in any hotel in my life. This hotel was absolutely the worst experience from just walking into the lobby. It smelled like a questionable substance upon entry and there were multiple men walking in & out loitering and drinking

Unsafe. Loitering and questionable activities going on. I notified the front desk and was told they were ¿like apart of the staff¿ and I shouldn¿t worry about them. Staff wouldn¿t refund me my stay for feeling unsafe. Completely dissatisfied with this mng

Rooms were nice. Location is good.

The water was out to my room and I was not able to bathe. Had to be let into another room on another floor to bathe. Not good.

Friendly & helpful staff. Clean rooms for the most part.

The corridor for the elevator was rather narrow. Also no sign for the elevator. Only a sign for ice & vending.

IHG never disappoints. The front desk staff was great was dealing with a software problem, but made certain it was not going to impact on her warm attitude toward her guests...grace under fire.

IHG beds are high...difficult for short or older/disabled guests to get in or out of

The staff was great, room was nice and the breakfast was wonderful even during this pandemic. The sweet lady serving was precious!

Just a hop off the interstate, this was perfect. Breakfast for my family and then back on the road. The staff was pleasant upon check-in. We were dealing with the hurricane and they were doing everything they could to keep the entry way clean and dry.
