Hotel employee checked us in and made sure our stay was perfect! The room was clean, comfortable, and provided so many lovely amenities. We will be back!

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but the options for restaurants, retail, etc., in the area surrounding the hotel aren’t great.

Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen area. Hot breakfast with attentive staff restocking and making sure you had what you needed. Quiet.

A few minutes away from places to eat dinner, but not too bad.

The ONLY good thing about the hotel is the location

Our suite had a very homelike feel. It wasn’t like a hotel room, but rather a small apartment. The rooms are beautifully designed. Their staff is absolutely amazing.

There are only good things to say about this property.

The person at the front desk noticed my size and gave us a king bed with a nicer room. this was very much appreciated!

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was very clean. Easy to access of the interstate.

The a/c wasn't getting as cold. It was more of room temperature.

Kiera-the attendant was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My husband lost his phone and she was a lot of help.

The toilet in our first room was broken. It was a Friday and the maintenance person had left already. So, we had to change rooms instead of getting it fixed. Also, one of the elevators dropped slightly before it got to last level from the 4th floor. I thought it was stuck or broken too. I reported it to the attendant.

Stay here if you like noise!

Fire alarm went off several times during the night, dishwasher started at 7 am with no to stop it! Once you open it beeps every couple of minutes. Then to top it all off, the elevators were out and we had to take 4 floors of stairs with a dislocated knee. Front staff was rude!

Staff was professional, helpful and the hotel was very neat and clean.

The location

We were on the 4th floor. They had been having lots of rain storms. We were in for the night when my daughter said water was dripping on her head. I looked over her bed the ceiling had split open1a was dripping on her. I went down to the front desk and the lady tha was there after I told her what was going on did nothing I had to tell her to get me another room she said to me " you can't stay in that room?" Beyond frustrated at that point her lack of willingness to help me was beyond crazy ..

Great place good price for all the extras.

My dad told to many people in our group what room i was in. So nothing the staff or owners did. Seriously it was pretty nice

Bed was old. Furniture and chair were dated. The room was sprayed with a perfume that gave us both headaches and was disgusting to smell. Do not do this without the permission of the guest! The front desk staff were very good and very helpful.

Shannon the front desk person was extremely competent and helpful.

Bathroom and kitchen was wonderful. Bed was comfortable.

Mattress on pullout was a little uncomfortable... too thin.

We stayed here on our way to Florida and it was the perfect choice. Shout out to Auanna who got us checked in. She was so pleasant and helpful! Our room was very nice, the beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was adequate.

The ac unit was very loud sounding like it was going to fall apart. I had been on the road all day and needed to rest. I called the front desk around 9pm and reported it and was told someone would arrive in the morning. So I had to basically deal with the problem. I could not rest at all. We had a late checkout at 2pm and finally at 1230pm a worker came to my door to address it. I will never use this chain again. The manager finally called me to apologize but that was it.

The loud ac unit that rattled all night long. The lack of management handling problems swift and effectively. The lack of concern..

The young lady that checked us in was bright and positive!! Great location if attending a Game easy in easy out.

Breakfast was not good even for a hotel breakfast. Obvious leak in the ceiling that had been patched but still very visible. Three holes in the wall in the bathroom where a picture once hung now there was just three holes.

Staff and amenity was fantastic. The place is super clean. I would definitely book again.
