This hotel was so gross, from the rust stained towel, cigarette burned sheets, oil stains on the dresser, curtains barely hanging on rod and very flat pillows. I could go on and on.

Pool was open and I enjoyed a swim.

Could have been cleaner, and a continental breakfast would have been nice.

Clean safe comfortable

I love the staff!! They are so friendly and helpful. I also love that my room is fresh each time I have been there.

I don?t like the fact that there are not any elevators

There was other motels near that didn't stink!

I could not stay. My wife and I have breathing problems and the smell of mildew was horrible.

FRIENDLY FRONT DESK/EASY CHECK OUT

IF HAVE DO NOT DISTURB ON THE OUTSIDE OF DOOR, MAIDS SHOULDNT DISTURB THIS ROOM UNTIL IT IS ACTUALLY CHECK OUT NOT AN HOUR BEFORE, REGARDLESS. ALSO TOILET IN MY ROOM WAS SCREWED DOWN IN A WEIRD WAY THAT WASNT STRAIGHT TO WHERE I WAS ALMOST TO THE SIDE.

So peaceful, the staff are so nice to me , especially the housekeepers, the lady's. There amazing! Front desk is always helpful aa well .I really recommend recommend roof in Port Allen if u are in area and want a quiet homey place to stay..

Clean, comfortable room and bed. Surprisingly quiet given proximity to the interstate and airport. Pets stay for FREE.

Exterior and common areas are dated and worn. Entry is a bit ominous as you have to drive past an abandoned restaurant.

They were flexible with the checkout. I needed a later checkout and they gave it to me.

The A/C dod not work. It was set to cool, but it felt like the outside temp in the room. Thank goodness it wasn't too hot outside that day. The toilet ran constantly.

The hotel looks to be abandoned from afar! The lobby smelled as if someone tried to mask the stale odor with pinesol! My room looked as if it hadn¿t been vacuumed completely! The bathroom towels were stained! The toilet had a burn stain on it! 0/10 ¿¿

The swimming pool.

The bathroom had fingerprints on the wall the mirrors were not clean the tub had a ring around it .

Honestly it was the only hotel that would give us a late check-in. We appreciated that, the room wasn't fancy but it was clean and the water was hot when we showered.

The entrance to the hotel was hard to find in the dark. The parking lot wasn't in the best shape.

Close to places to eat.

No continental breakfast, despite advertisement saying it was available.

It was general pretty good.

The toilet was mounted at a significant angle that made it difficult to use. The TV was very dim, the batteries in the remote were almost dead. Just little details matter.

It was cheap

Very sketchy location. Seemed liked multiple buildings behind a closed down Shoney¿s. Very nervous getting there at night. No breakfast offered. It¿s a bed at a cheap price but not somewheres I wouldn¿t spend more than 1 night

It was clean.

Awful look all the way around. Old broken down parking lot and closed restaurant. Very unkempt looking. Pool was closed and green. Hallways leading to rooms smelled bad. Place looked rough to be a 4 star hotel.

Location was good, surrounding area was good.

The bathroom door hinges was rusty and squeaked loudly. Plumber installed shower control backward to get hot water and staff did not tell us until checkout. Thought we did not have hot water.

Staff. Very friendly. Actually had warm breakfast (pancakes, sausage) and cereal, toast, and apples. Room was clean. Interior hallways for room, so felt safe. Overall, MUCH better that every other 2.5 star hotel we have stayed at this summer. Would return

The room was adequate size & had all amenities needed. Quiet for once. Near freeway.

Front desk rude. Wouldn't talk. Small town. No choice of restaurants & limited entertainment. Needs updates. No parking in front of room. No saftey dep box. Beds small. Fridge was not level. Missing local channels like ION on TV.

Nothing. I liked absolutely nothing about this hotel.

The staff is very rude and unhelpful. The buildings are very old and the ¿remodel¿ was just a hack job plus a coat of new paint. Mattress is lumpy, air conditioning and fan didn¿t work. Cockroaches in the tub and the toilet continuously filled.
