Overall smells and people

the young lady at the desk that night wast extremely pleasant and helpful. however i lbelieve i left my credit card in my room and called the hotel the next day. the desk clerk that time was not at all helpful.

When I got to the hotel. They could not find my reservation. I had to make another reservation and put on another credit card. They also have charged my credit card for a reservation the hotel didn't have.

I would like a full refund had to switch rooms several tims

They had bed bugs a d roachs

Lock was broken for door, toilet was clogged, tv was messed up. Pool was closed due to a step being broken. Police in and out of the hotel picking people up for drugs.

The employees were friendly

The first room they gave me had someone in it already. Which could have been dangerous for my toddler and myself. The second room had an odor, one bed the sheets were dirty with holes in it, and the fridge did not work. Someone also died in front of me

The staff was wonderful and very helpful . If you have pets they are great about it. Our ferret got out and they helped us find her.

No I can really say nothing bad about it as anytime I go to see my family i will stay here.

Noisy people sometimes

The lady when we first checked in was so sweet.

The first room had cigarette burns throughout the bed and the sheets were dirty¿. The second room I had extra mattress throughout the room the sheets was brown¿.not the mention the towel were very filthy. And it was bugs inside the door panel thingy

Toilet area wasn't very clean

The hotel was clean. There was no "old" smell or mustyness. It was well taken care of.

Breakfast would have been nice, but I understand why they did away with it.

It was affordable

The carpet was soaking wet and the whole room smelled moldy. Paint peeling in the bathroom and furniture piled up by the bathroom. The pool was green and the entire place needs to be refurbished.

I had to wait on linen because room didn't have any. My room key didn't work several times and had to be reprogrammed.

Convenient

Room/bedding smelled bad. Shower curtain was very ripped up and parts of the ceiling were falling off

No iron in the room, the toilet did not flush properly, there was a odor of what could be mildew.

The bed was comfortable. The lady at check in was very sweet.

Look nothing like the photos online. Holes in the walls, people outside drunk. Bathroom plug didn¿t have a face plate. That was dangerous. Ac unit was old and dirty. In my opinion just need an entire remodel.

The room was freezing I got room because my light was off I slept in my car because it was to cold and freezer didn't work I had to wait for room for 1 hour and half it not right I had my client n she was blind and her disabled 3 year old son

Beat down hotel no ice machine or water or cold drink. Only had milk and I’m lactose
