Hampton Inn Opelousas

It was clean and comfortable.

The bed was too firm.

The Customer Service was Awesome. They went above and beyond. The manager was great. Hotel employee was great also. Didn’t get others names.

The only thing they didn’t have towels timely but they switched them out and gave us more than enough once they were ready which was great not to have to ask for more the next day.

No water pressure. Room would not cool down in either of the rooms we booked.

Hotel had what appeared to be something that was spilled in elevator. Never cleaned while I was there and carpets in the hallway severely stained and dirty looking Not what I expected from Hampton Inns and especially for the age of this newer hotel

Pool was nice and clean. Water pressure in shower was good, staff is always very friendly and courteous.

carpet by elevators on 4th floor is frayed and a trip hazard. Needs to be addressed for safety. Fridge in room did not work when plugged in and turned on. Hotel location could have better visibility from the road with directions.

For the price horrible. The first room had no TV no phone the bed looked as if someone just got out of it.

The staff who checked us in was not friendly. Our room, had a broken toilet paper holder, missing towel hook and broken thermostat. We set it at 68 deg on auto...it ran all night & registered 62 deg in the am. Free breakfast sausage tasted spoiled

No remote for tv.. no housekeeping came take trash or clean the room .. i had to.go back to my house to get towels to shower...!!!!!

The room was clean and there was a decent breakfast selection.

Staff was not the friendliest.The guests were noisy and we didn't feel safe. There was a disturbance a couple doors down from us that involved the door being busted in. People in the hallways and lobby all thru the night. Walls are paper thin, so no rest.

The hotel did not have hot water No one working there seemed to care. The breakfast was just ok. They had oatmeal but no toppings for the oatmeal. Who wants plain oatmeal?

Yes restroom was horrible, toilet and shower was not cleaned. There were also small rolls of sowing yarn on the bed room floor from another guess because I know I do not sow .
