The pool was closed and they told us it would be fixed later that day but it was not

Nothing!

Rude staff, Fire alarm going off at 12:15 am and obvious lack of emergency plans, shower head clogged, vanity sink drain clogged. Breakfast area items empty by 7:30 am and no fresh coffee. More to add but not enough characters left.

Convenient

The tv sucked. They need a new cable company. We had no tv to watch. Display was awful the whole night

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The location and area was convenient for shopping. I will come and stay again.

The restroom was not what I expected knowing that the room was very attractive. The toilet had this yellow brown stain inside of it. That really disturb me. I forgot to take a picture of it and make it known during checkout and maybe get a partial refund.

Terrible hotel, old scratch up furniture, dirty chair, saw a water bug in the bathroom, toilet bowl looked dirty, outside trash in parking lot, guests were fighting loud at 2:30 am in the next suite. Seems like they are ready for opening.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, the AC worked well.

The breakfast was NIL - a few pastries under a glass dome and some warmish coffee in thermoses. The light in the bathroom/wall switch was shoring out. And the bathroom had a slight smell to it.

Everything about the hotel was good the only thing I found wrong what's after USB port that they provide that screwed down doesn't work so I'm just front desk and he gave me his plug-in port

Yes this hotel charged my card an extra 69.99 that I did not know about nor was it mentioned to me when I checked it.

Clean, nicely set up, friendly staff

The staff was very courteous

It was very outdated. The linens were dingy and I itched all night in the bed. It felt like something was biting me. The toilet was stopped up. We had 3 rooms and all had issues.

One light did not work, and some trash was left in the room

It was close to sunset where I was visiting my mother.

Pool was not open due to maintenance. This was one of the top 3 reasons we chose this location. Very disappointing! Also the room smelled musty.

Hotel Employee at the front desk was very nice and helpful. He always had a smile on his face. Greeted us every time we came and left out of the door. Check in was very quick with no waiting.

Housekeeping never came back to clean the room.

Location was perfect.

Just about all the pillowcases and towels had obvious large stains. Granted they were old stains, but that did not make me feel comfortable sleeping on them or using them. We ended up going to Walmart to pick up our own and used the others to clean.

Best price in the area, room was comfortable and internet worked decently.

The curtains didn't shut all the way, I had to pin them to prevent outsiders from looking in. The front desk attendant was really nice, but was on her phone when I walked in and didn't recognize me standing there as she played on her phone.

Don't need anything after 4pm from front desk to be delivered to room soap toilet paper etc.. glad breakfast was free could use a lot of attention. . Did not like at all..shower curtain and bed spread had undesirable stains. Not worth the money .
