Quality Inn Monroe

There was zero water pressure. I only stayed here so I could have a hot shower and the water barely came out of the shower head. The pillows were so small they were unusable

Yes, bathroom dripping all night. Sink didn?t work, hole patched up that dripping water 1st night from rain.

The staff was great!!!

Cleanliness wasn¿t detail¿ Purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned myself .

Tub, chair & Bathroom was rusted also price too high.

The worn furniture, stained and damaged tub. There was a missing patch of paint directly above the bed from a water bubble leak

Nothing not one single thing

Everything I hated everything about this hotel cold running water dirty cobwebs in room headboard filthy nothing about these rooms are clean they need to be inspected for mold etc it¿s definitely not sanitary

Close to highway. Just needed place to stop during 1100 mile trip.

Sheets were dirty. Staff slow. Vending machines didn¿t work. Run down, didn¿t look like online pictures. Light when entering room didn¿t turn on.

Some what out dated could use some ceiling repair work, thresholds weren¿t Even with the door so anything small could crawl under it.

The room was clean. The front desk person was extremely pleasant and accommodating.

The electric wiring didn¿t work. The phone , alarm clock, entry light, plug ins didn¿t work, I left early due to phone not being able to be charged in many of the outlets. The bathroom lights worked throughout the night.

Served it¿s purpose for a quick stay

It was a non smoking room but smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, carpets weren¿t clean.

The room had plenty of space. It was clean and had plenty of light which means a lot to me. The shower also had lots of pressure. The breakfast was alright, but we could have used some scrambled eggs and sausage. Also, it was easy to check in and out.

The only thing I really didn't care fore was that the closet door folded out blocking part of the sink area.

It was right off the interstate

It was a horrible experience. The room was not clean, there is no one at front desk after 10. Will not book again.

Price and location

It did not have a fitness center like I was lead to believe that it did. It was rather noisy because of it's close proximity to the Interstate. It's just an older hotel and the rooms reflect that.

Rooms were clean and neat

Needs to be updated somewhat, especially the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable

The pool was out of service. The bed sheets had stains on them and there were holes in the walls.

Yes it had mold on the ceiling and the lampshades the walls were dirty in the bathroom

Location was good

Not very clean far as appliances in the room refrigerator had mildew on gaskets microwave was not clean

The address was misleading because the entrance is from the frontage road for a highway with a different name.

The hotel was clean staff was nice the only problem was sirens all night police, fire, ambulance.
