I was not advised about the $50 fee for my pet when I checked in although the clerk was well aware I had a pet with me. Not enough characters allowed to type the whole situation. Bottom line, I was treated as if I was trying to steal something from them.

I never write reviews but this time I must. This hotel and its staff exceeded my expectations. The facility is first class. There was cookies out for you. the breakfast was awesome. the staff responded I highly recommend this hotel.

The customer service was very friendly the rooms were very clean and it was in a very convenient location next to many stores. Enjoy the room service that we got daily and the breakfast had different varieties everyday.

Not that I can think of. They stay was comfortable.

Close to the freeway

The hotel was remodeling and all the doors on our floor were freshly painted. Everything smelled like fresh paint. All night! The pet fee is rediculous! $75 is too much. Most hotels charge around $25 which is reasonable, but $75 was abusive.

The rooms were so nice! Very clean! Everything works! And the bad was sooooo comfortable!

The room was average clean and very quiet.

We paid reserved and paid for a room at lunch time. We arrived at 12 midnight only to find no clean rooms available. We waited an hour until 1:00 am. for our room to be cleaned. I found this to be unacceptable. The hotel floors were not being cleaned also

Water in elevators from the people coming from the pool. Very slippery

Location near I20 was very convenient. I also appreciate the level 2 electrical chargers available for Tesla and J1772 car drivers. Now just all us to reserve one and you will have that market!!

A little disappointed in the mattress not as comfortable as most Hampton Inns I have stayed in.

Hotel was clean, updated and very nice. We weren't able to get room with two beds as we had reserved but we were able to make it work. Staff was very friendly.

I was very impressed by all facets of this hotel. Felt safe. Granddaughters enjoyed the indoor heated pool. We played games at a table in the dining area. Very nice and quiet with coffee and tea available. Enjoyed breakfast buffet and Diane was great.í ½ð
