Homewood Suites by Hilton Metairie New Orleans

This hotel is beautiful and safe. My daughter’s soccer team stayed here, and the girls loved the pool and putting greens on the premises. Everyone was kind, rooms were super clean, and breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time at a hotel.

staff wasn't overly polite. hotel down the street was much better. I stayed at this hotel for past 4 years and it's gotten less clean, no supplies. Lot of strange people coming in during the day. Police were there the last day we checked out. 2 star only

Clean, spacious, modern, free parking, hot breakfast and pet friendly. Whole food and many restaurants within walking distance. Quiet at night time.

Shower water pressure low and not hot enough. Elevator was slow.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and housekeepers were by daily if needed, I really liked the fact that there was a full sized refrigerator and a stovetop. Also a free laundry room for guests was a big plus. Internet was free and mostly dependable.

Some amenities were not available during my stay, like a full breakfast buffet though breakfast was provided, business center was not available and pool was not available.

The employees I delta with were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. the dinning area was very clean and neat

The hotel was excellent and the location was very convenient for business and pleasure.

I had paperwork missing from my room and apparently it was not turned into the lost and found. I also did not receive a folio at check out nor via email yet!

The hotel is very clean and spacious. Access to nearby attractions is easy and the area feels safe and secure. The beds are very comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very accomodating. Experienced an 'odor' issue w/our first room. Never determined if it was inside the room or from an adjacent room. When brought to the attention of the staff they immediately changed our room.

This is a fairly new hotel. I noticed minor maintenance issues in the 2 rooms we occupied. The housekeeping staff should be trained to identify, and bring them to the attention of mgmt. Some were pretty obvious so it appears that is not being done.

Like new condition, great attentive staff, located near various shopping and food stores.
