Rodeway Inn Metairie - New Orleans West

The gentleman on duty let me have the room without the $50 room deposit. First, because I didn?t have any more money and also because he knew the rate I had already paid was non-refundable.

First- the temp outside was in the low 30s-close to freezing. But, the room?s heater didn?t work-fan just blew cold air, water didn?t get hot in the bathroom, and the TV didn?t work either. So, I paid over $--- to freeze, be bored, & stay dirty for 13 hrs.

The breakfast needed eggs and sausage!! And fruit...but it was better than nothing

When we arrived at 8:30 pm the room was hot and the heater was running

The man that checked me in was unpleasant. The lady that checked me out was pleasant.

I wasn't given the wifi password when I checked in.

The hotel itself is okay for the price but hotel employee at the front desk is 10/10 very helpful very knowledgeable very friendly. She helped when my hotel reservation didn't go through and showed care.

The staff was friendly

The tub was dirty and it did not drain properly. The bed squeaked and only one out of three lamps worked. The only reason I would recommend this hotel is because I¿ve stayed there before and did not have any issues. This time around was a disaster.

Location

They had stains on the wall that looked like blood. They had a white stain on the desk. The bath tub was dirty looking. When checking in late you can¿t enter the building, all transactions are on the outside. Not safe. Bad scary hotel

This inn overall is very good for this price. Staffs are nice. room is clean. neighborhood is nice. close to many fast food stores, Canes, sonic, etc.

Transportation is not that good. E2 stop is right outside. But E2 is not that frequent.

I enjoyed the big king size bed that¿s all

Hotel room was dirty¿floor was not vacuumed nor swept. Bathroom wasn¿t clean (tub sink toilet and walls n bathroom had hair on it and in it. It was just filthy.

That I will never have to go back

This motel was disgusting. The motels exterior had an appearance that it could be a long term rental, the exterior was filthy and unkept, overpower stench of a musty moldy smell,tub drain was slow to drain so you are standing in a tub full of water

The Lady at the counter was very helpful BUT the owners were like slum-lords.

THERE WERE BED BUGS AND BECAUSE I LEFT THE ROOM AT 3AM, I COULDN'T GET A REFUND OR ANY TYPE OF REIMBURSEMENT BECAUSE (IT WAS HALF THE NIGHT BEFORE I GOT ATE UP BY THE BUGS. SMH

The only thing I like is the location of the hotel.

The hotel IS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS. I checked in Friday and checked out in the middle of the night due to my guest and I both getting bit by bedbugs. My upper limbs and neck line is covered in bites. If I could load pictures I would.

NO PHONE SERVICE the entire five day stay.FIRST NIGHT NO TV!!Water gathered around your FEET in SHOWER!When I checked in room MICRO WAVE was uncleaned.

Nothing I like about this hotel but it location.

Everything. Pool very very very very very nasty. Would even let wild life swim in it. That place you be shut down.

For price is an excellent place to stay people are nice rooms are very clean it's convenient to the stores restaurants

Weekly rates wasn't good

Was near a good Waffle House staff.

Hotel lobby was locked by 9p. Had to sign in through a teller window. No security present. Was next ro a trailer park. Walls were thin. Put another occupant next to us even though inn was empty. Felt uncomfortable

It was clean.

Charged for a day I didn't stay, air conditioner went out and the​ so called breakfast was not a breakfast that was advertised.

Comfortable bed , great air conditioner , bath tub along with a shower. Ice maker.

$--- per night for a lower end motel was expensive. Would have been great at $---- would have been good at $----

Coffee maker located in bathroom w/ no outlet.
