First of Remodeling during my stay Room time disturbance parking was blocked for construction and work trucks With a disability was extremely inconvenient

The amenities cleanliness and location

I don?t like how my items were stolen by the housekeeper in the hotel did very little to accommodate me or make me feel comfortable like my missing property would be taken serious

Having the double rooms was nice.

I did not receive the requested service and some of the appliances in the room did not work.

The 2 bedroom suite was roomy with seperate baths for each bedroom. Was nice to have a full kitchen to use. Very safe location. Lots of good restaurants and a nice mall in the area. Beds & pillows were comfy!

The furniture was dated and carpet was old and torn in some spots.

There was a smell of burnt popcorn in the room when we arrived.

Price. Bed choice. Free breakfast. Free parking.

The staff, location and rooms were perfect. This hotel is about 7-10 mins from downtown New Orleans and only about 3-5 minutes from the best shopping mall in the area. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped with everything including full size stoves.

Staff pleasant, breakfast was fine.

The elevator was broken for over a day, and we were on the third floor, made it difficult for fiance with a cane.

it had a problem with the water. we had a whole day without hot water. The staff said a notice was posted on door. but it was not. was offer another room to shower but it was only and hour before check out. Water problem in building C.

The spacious room and social gathering in lobby and breakfast.

Check-in. The lady was super nice who chexked us in. She needed help though. The line was backed up. There should have been at least 2 people working front desk for 4pm check in.

TV Did Not Work!!! Had to ask several times for them to look at it. The staff did try to fix it, but we came to the conclusion it was something in the wall.

The distance from the port of New Orleans and restaurants and the late check out time.

The ridiculously expensive non refundable pet fee of $100 and the cleanliness of the hotel room.

This hotel was clean, roomy, and quiet. Most of the staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was adequate. I also loved the value. For the money we spent, it was a fantastic deal!

This is not a complaint, but more of a heads-up. If you stay here,bring your own hair dryer and iron as my room did not contain either of these items. It wasn't an issue for me, but it could be for others.

The location was convenient and easy to get to. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We had some issues with the key card, but it finally worked and seemed to get better the more we used it.

Very outdated and worn. I had a two bedroom two bathroom suite and there was no trash cans anywhere! The furniture was broken down. Not someplace that I would recommend or stay at again.
