Cleanliness of parking garage

The parking garage when up t the 2nd level where we were.

The location was difficult to get into the parking area especially if u have not been there before and it was right on a very busy street. The cleaning crew didn¿t do a good job of cleaning a mess on the carpet outside our door Closets were very small.

Breakfast n location in proximity to events.

Room Door was broken n not enough towels

Front desk clerks. Location. Room decor. Breakfast bar. Close an covered free parking. Nice Mall across the street. Good tv, microwave, fridge.

Low toilet noise every 10 seconds. Bed and pillows a bit hard, not too comfortable. Could Not get heater to heat up, like it was preset to stay a certain temperature. Put it on 80 deg stayed on 69, Cold nights.

Parking

Location was difficult to get to and room was way to close to heavy traffic. Noisy. Adjacent properties were very shabby.

Hotelsin

Room lighting was very poor. Needed more lighting to makeupand get dressed. .trash was left behind toilet. Hot water was turned off without notice. Need more space to put your clothes/hang.

This hotel was very well maintained and very clean. Free parking and in New Orleans that a huge deal. Location was a very short drive to the French Quarter.

Nope it was everything we needed.

Cleanliness

1st room smelled like it had mold and was covered up with air freshener. I was switched to another room

Convenient, location was great. Parking was great. Across from a nice shopping mall. All restaurants were within a mile one block to a mile away.

Yes ,there was no Housekeeper to clean my room ,no fresh towels for the next day no clean sheets ,no one to clean bathroom no fresh toititeries.The hotel stated free breakfast that turned into Continental style breakfast and brown bag to go, so sad.

This hotel was AMAZING. Compared to the reviews of other hotels in the area (they were absolutely horrible) and the Hampton Inn was great! We overlooked the highway and heard nothing! It was super quiet and very clean. The bathroom and the room itself.

The only thing I’d have to say was when I went down for breakfast, I saw a waffle maker out but no mix. I asked an employee if there were anything left and she said “no hot breakfast right now”. She didn’t specify if they were out or just werent d

I purchased my airline and hotel together as a package. I purposely chose Hampton inn because of the breakfast. I was disappointed so much so that we ended up going to " a broken egg" for breakfast. Bacon, sausage, ham,potatoes, should be daily. variety
