Motel 6 Houma, LA

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We like that there is no carpet! A/C worked great as well as WiFi.

There needs to be more electric plugs in the room for charging devices as well as beside lamps and clocks.

The cleaning people stole my 150.00 work shoes..I reported them to corporate office.

Pests, a roach was crawling on the wall. The next night, my key card would not work, I went to the front desk to get it reprogrammed and had to WAIT 30 mins because whoever was watching the front desk ¿was running an errand.¿ No clean towels.

The Male hotel staff did not wear masks. We found a roach in our hotel room. The rooms are in need of remodeling, it is very dated!

Breakfast was supposed to be included, was told that there would be no breakfast. Are used a hospital bracelet was stuck to the garbage bag in the garbage when I got in now. I was told no cleaning person would be in to clean, and I had to get my own suppl

I didn't like anything because they charged my card for the room but then tell me they don't accept my card yet they took the money out for the room off my card that hasn't been reimbursed.

The desk clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Charged me for the room but told me they don't accept my card. If they don't accept it then why was I charged???

Love this hotel : I drive 2 hrs to fish plus this hotel is close and nice ... plus its where us fishers come

Good place in my book ... like I stated we come to fish miles away this place is suitable for us

Person at the front desk was nice.

Went to lay down in bed and adjusted my pillows and there were roaches in the bed. I will not be going back to this hotel. The room smelled musty and damp and was not very clean. I would sleep in my car before I went here again. Roaches did it for me.

Cleanliness, service and breakfast. Staff checked-in my return flight. This was nice.

The TV / cable did not work satisfactorily.

My reservation that I made 5 month in advance for a king smoking room was not honored

It states that the hotel is a smoke free facility but when you get off the elevator all you smell is smoke. And the bedsheets were stained.

The pricing and value for dollar was quite good. Everything was as described/advertised.

The hotel itself showed a bit of its age. Certain aspects seemed dated.

My only complaint was the hallway from the lobby to the room smell like a wet dog I'm assuming it's from all the swimming activity but it was a horrible smell otherwise the hotel was perfect

My toilet wobbled, the heating/cooling system struggled to heat the room and the spread sheet had burn holes in it. Maybe it was that room.

The hotel was in a good location, the room was nice and comfortable, the staff was friendly.
