Comfort Inn & Suites Houma

Clean and breakfast was good and staff was professional. Only hotel that has a pool that was open during Memorial Day weekend! The kids had a blast swimming!

Renovations with fans and dollys in the hallway. Pool closed, no breakfast, messy and dangerous. The front staff was always outside smoking and wouldn’t answer the phone and rarely wore face protections. This place was a disaster! Horribly run!

Room was not cleaned well. Hallways were dirty. The said due to Covid they were not cleaning the rooms or providing continental breakfast, other hotels are providing this to my knowledge. Front desk staff not always wearing mask over their entire face.

The location is convenient and the rooms aren’t bad looking.

Yes they had no breakfast, no drinks, or drink machines. So I sure hope you don’t get thirsty while staying there.

Everything. Zero Star Dirty Room stained bathroom, hair on bathroom floor , horrible front desk interaction, Lady working at the front desk should not be standing there

Very clean and nice hotel. There were hot options for breakfast, but the sausage wasn't edible. It tasted like cardboard. Beds were comfortable and updated. Hotel is in the middle of shopping and restaurants. Neighborhood seems safe.

The description claimed there was a hot tub and heated pool. There is no hot tub at all, and the pool was cold. They are supposed to be updating the description. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

The bed is comfortable, staff friendly, and the oranges are delicious.

Staff was nice

Housekeeping did the bare minimum, picked up a water bottle, made the bed, and restocked the shampoo. No mopping in the bathroom or vacuuming the carpet

Staff very friendly. Morning breakfast was prompt & tasted great! The lady Km taking care of the Breakfast area was very helpful & friendly

Pool had a film like substance that was like a soapy film, but thicker. Kids chose not to swim which was a little disappointing to them!

Bed was so comfortable! And check is at 11. Check would be even better if it was at 1pm and check in was at 11am! Id never stay anywhere else. Most would be willing to pay extra for that

There was no fruit left at 8:30am.

I like that it is easy to get there the workers are friendly and its clean and quiet

The hotel kinda had an smell to it like it was old. The toilet had very low pressure

Extremely noisy. Paper thin walls. You can hear next rooms conversations. While renovations are under way very dirty hallways,carpets no vacuumed after days work completed. Early morning noise from renovations.

The first room I was given did not meet any expectations of a Marriott. I had mold growing on computer chair and the ceiling of the room. Stains on other decorative chair and the room did not smell fresh at all. Very disappointing.

The smell of the room was mildew and the air wasn't working properly. Room was hot

The hotel was in a great location for our visit; the staff was extremely helpful and courteous; the breakfast started the morning off on a high note.
