The breakfast was very good

The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work. We reported it, but yhey did nit fix it. Light out in lamp and in frig. There wasn't any coffee at breakfast. We asked and nothing was done. There were locals in the pool and on the basketball court.

The staff were very attentive

My original assigned room was dirty. The safety latch on the door was missing. The linens in the bathroom were soiled. The telephone was missing the cord so I could not call the front desk, I had to walk down. This was room 216

Not much of a selection for breakfast

The Hotel was located fairly close to the French Quarter and within walking distance of most attractions. The hotel was clean and the Lobby was attractive.

The staff was extremely rude. There was no mention on the website that there would be a $30 to $40 charge for parking at the hotel. There was no Room Service and no restaurant in the Hotel. The walls were paper thin and the room was very noisy.

The rooms were awesome! Very spacious and very clean! The continental breakfast was delicious!

The decor was really pretty and the room was spotless! I also love that my room had a kitchen. It even has a tiny stovetop.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The door to the room was offset. It would not close with out extra force.

Everything. Just nice in every way. Comfy quiet and absolutely nothing was wrong with our room, the pool, the breakfast. Nothing. Super friendly staff, as well. I'll be there every time I stay in Houma. Bed was heaven on my back. I'd LIVE there.

Nothing. If anyone complains about this hotel, they are insatiable. The same type of people who would complain about a meal to get a discount and save a buck or two. Everything here was beyond expectation.

The huge cockroach in the ceiling in the bathroom and the one in the sitting area.

Like the hotel, the breakfast could have been better.

Spacious suites, clean, comfortable, great bed and shower.

For Europeans: there are no pedestrian pathways and no crossing. For Americans: no worries there is a lot of parking.

Facilities and location were so wonderful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a great size and I loved that it had an apartment type feel to it.

It definitely could have been a little cleaner. With that being said, it was NOT gross or filthy. Dishes in the cabinet were visibly dirty and some other spots in the room definitely had not been wiped down or cleaned. The room also had a bit of a urine smell to it (I had spray in my car that cleared it up for the most part.) Also, the phone in the room did not work.
