Hotel employee is a phenomenal person. She is very approachable, loves service, easy to talk to and it seems that she has never met a stranger a day of her life

The front desk staff all lives on their phones except the gentleman who assisted me Monday night. Upon check in the woman stayed on her phone (placed her call on hold). She was not pleasant, no smile, nothing about the WIFI or amenities,

Your staff was so kind and sweet. The only interactions I had with them were checking in and out but they were wonderful. I was in town because my sister is very ill. It was like they knew I needed that little extra patience and kindness.

The location...

My experience was horrible! The first night there the guest who stayed above or next door were running, stomping, and just being loud. Needless to say we got NO rest. Found hair in my bed that was not mine, cable issues, and room still had trash in it.

The style of the room, the staff, the pool, the area.

The clean rooms, it's large size, and hot breakfast.

Call we to check in early and on the phone they said we could check in at 2:00. When we got there at 2:00, they said we had to wait till 2/30.

Breakfast and being able to park my car while on the cruise. Hotel had shuttle to and from the cruise port for only $5 each way.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast bar was awesome.

Both of our rooms were clean. All the staff was very friendly and willing to help after our check in problem.

When we arrived at 4am we were told our they cancelled our reservation because. But said no problem she would check us in and the rate would be lower. It wasn't it went from $---. This also happened to another couple that also booked there.

The the beds were not comfortable I had to check out two days early and check into the Holiday inn express in the French quarter I hope I wasn't charged for the full stay in that remote hotel please note that there breakfast was good. Mario Francis

The breakfast was especially nice. The staff in the breakfast area very pleasant. The area was kept neat. The food was good. The room was adequate. We stayed at this Hampton Inn in December, paid about the same, and had a much bigger room.

Room not cleaned at all one day...They were getting to our room around 4 PM. We were resting after my brother's funeral, got clean towels only. Staff did not answer phone until several attempts for wake up call. Excuses made for unclean room ..too busy

Breakfast was really good. Pool was clean.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Our cable channels didn't work. Our room safe was locked and didn't want to call attention to that fact. The pool area was too warm.

My grandson wrote the HS postcard for his Grandpop. I had no stamp and asked to buy one at the desk. They don't sell them, but the front desk staffer offered one from her purse and would take no pay. Now that is GREAT service! Made my grandson's day!

The indoor pool was disappointing. That is part of how I choose a hotel. It was very cold and unimpressive. Expected more from Hampton.

The room was very clean , staff friendly and helpful location very good ,West Bank cab service was very poor I can't believe the staff would recaminded this cab service
