Yes the staff was rude , they stole my remote , didn't clean the room good some things in the room was ran down

New furniture

The roaches, bugs, no refrigerators and bed was too hard. Could not get a extra pillow or towels. was told housekeeping gone at three.

Nasty, smelly rooms, laundry machines not working, mini fridge in rooms are so small, allows pets, but an outrageous price, no where to let dogs go out...I travel for work and this has to be the nastiness Travelodge hotel I've stayed in,

This hotel should be shut down, put out of commission. This is by far the WORST hotel I¿ve ever been to in life. There is nothing appealing about it, the room(s) are horrendous, the lobby has a ceiling missing ample tiles, it smells of urine.

Room was big and clean ... Cable tv ... Comfortable bed

Very shady characters hanging outside all over the place

Your staff was the only redeeming quality

I don¿t care what star level, you shouldn¿t have furniture falling apart and murky pool water. Staff is doing the best they can with what they have to work with but gross.

On my first day of checking in they clean my room and threw all of my stuff way. Wasn't even in the room for for three hours. They forgot to take my room of empty list...

No safety issues. The room was clean. vending machine for drinks and ice machine close to room. No odor in room. TV works good. WIFI was easy and did not lag. AC keeps room very cold. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Was quiet around my room.

The hotel is considerably over priced.the furniture is is damaged, the carpet needs replaceing,a German roach in the room, pool is closed until further noticed, there is no phone in the room, no coffee maker in room, no coffee in lobby. No access to food.

Everything the water wouldn't get hot... The tub was all nasty... Its had roaches...

Easy location easy check in process. Clerk was very polite and informative.

Sink was not draining properly. We had to use the bathtub to wash our hands.

This hotel was very dirty. Has cigarette burns on the mattress. Expressed our concerns and the guy told us to call for refund. Manager refused when called the next morning. We did not spend the night at this horrible place

It was cheap and the location wasn¿t too far from Bourbon Street

It¿s not in a very welcoming part of Louisiana. Stay alert and lock up your valuables.

Staff was nice

Didn¿t get our sheets change and think I got bit by a bed bug. I would like to get refund because I never had that experience before. All my time I always been at a hotel think this is the worst experience but couldn¿t ruin my little get away.

The hotel room was stank very funky smelling it smelled like it was moldy we didn¿t stay in the room for no more than a minute and immediately checked out I would never book there again. My son has asthma and the mild mess messes with his asthma.

The fact that I paid on here and then got to the hotel and had to pay again. Being double charged is not right and not being refunded is wrong

There where mice in my room the front desk reply to me was this is new Orleans and the rm is ground level all the rms have mice they also had a roach crawl across my bed

BED SEAMED CLEAN

ROOM SMELLED HEAVY WITH MILDEW. THERE WAS A RAT THAT i SAW IN MY ROOM AND HAD TO WIRE THE TV UP BECAUSE THEY HAD ZIP TIED THE WIRES SO SHORT THAT THEY WOULD NOT REACH THE CABLE BOX.

Bed was very comfortable
