Quality Inn Harvey - New Orleans

I had just checked in and left out for food. When we came back room was slightly cracked open and I noticed the have towel I used was gone. This took me me housekeeping was in my room w/o permission during hours late & I didn't need them or request them

Nothing feel like I was in prison

Wasn’t no food out kept having to ask for the lady to restock the food every morning

Bed bugs

Had meth heads hanging around all night. Room smelled moldy.

The room was clean and location was decent.

The pool didnt looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a while, saw a bag floating in it and some leaves at bottom, breakfast looked like it hadnt been restocked since before i got there

Reasonable rate, was convenient for us for an overnight before boarding on cruise ship. Older facility but appeared well maintained and cleaner than many. Will definately stay there again if an overnight is needed.

Ummmmm.. can't think of any negatives...

The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful

The room was disgusting. There was a used pimple patch on the shower wall and personal hairs on the toilet.

For the price, it was a good value. Clean and confy. Coffee in the breakfast area was really good.

Only decaf coffee in the room, the front desk said that he didn't have access to any of the supplies. Customer service in the front desk at check-in was not professional. The clerck at check out in the morning. was nicer.

The hotel & room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Not to far from. The French Quarters & the different tours we took.

The hotel is not in the best of areas. I'm happy our truck was inside of a locked gate. Breakfast wasn't great at all. No coffee filters to make coffee. No orange juice. Breakfast just was great at all

Lost power and when it came back, the cable tv was not working.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay and I had my elderly mother with me.

My room was dirty. There was a sofa chair with stains everywhere. I took a photo and showed the front desk. The bathroom was tiny. The guest a few doors down walked and cursed several times during the night and was smoking weed. Someone threw their trash containers from Popeyes next to my car. The gray bed cover had stains on it. The room was filthy!

The property was very clean and the staff were nice.

The room next to ours had some type of long term tenants in it that were outrageously loud all into the night. My husband got up and beat on the wall at one point but it didn’t help. Did I call the front desk? No I didn’t want to deal with it so it’s really on me as to why I didn’t get it resolved.

It was conveniently placed in the Harvey neighborhood, only a few minutes from necessities like Walmart and a couple miles from the French Quarters. The rooms were clean and the A/C worker very well. The location also has fenced in parking and a pool and breakfast.

Only negative would be the easiness of hearing conversations outside room (though typical for this type of hotel) and the breakfast didn't seemed to get restocked after it's initial opening.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Barely got any sleep for the 2 nights

Everything was awesome I have been living on hotels for 2 years. This was the best hotel we stayed in thats affordable. Its actually underpriced if you ask me. The staff was wonderful, kind friendly. Really enjoyed the stay. Very clean, breakfast always fully stocked, flowers around the property are well kept, and the housekeepers were very accommodating. Lived in 4 different hotels and this was by far exceptional and the best. Please let the staff, housekeeper and land keepers know they are doing amazing.

The only reason why im not there is the 50 dollar deposit. I can't afford it but I would love to go back for the next 4 weeks that I will be staying in a hotel until my apartment is ready.

Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty and smell like garbage.

The guests next to us were extremely loud. We booked online 5 rooms. I asked if I could switch rooms. The y said we could. Then another guy came up and said no. If they’re making too much noise we have to to cal the police. He was very rude.
