Upgraded to a room with private bedrooms

They are trying, but the furniture has taken a beating and is not clean. No current bugs, but curtains, lighting, walls all have bug poop all over. The smell of MJ in the hallway trailing guests helped explain the smell in our room during the night.

Townplace was very nice and loved the location. We loved all the amenities and the area was very quiet. Great parking! This will be one of my favorite spots. Wil most definitely recommend this hotel to the rest of the family.

The fridge did not work.

Pricing seems expensive considering the location. Also, when you book a room with a sofa bed, you expect that there will be enough space to open the sofa and sleep in it. Looks like a new facility but they ar elagging with maintenance

The door was falling off the hinges and when I informed the receptionist she said she would send someone up to look at it even after I stated I wanted another room. Another room wasn't granted until after staff confirmed my concerns. Poor customer servi

Made of wood nailed together. The toilet in my room #424 rocked back and forth when you sat on it. The gardeners worked on the lawn the entire weekend and had dirt and crap everywhere!!! Horrible experience!!!! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!

location was good. easy to get to outside destinations. Staff was very helpful & kind. We had a great time with other guests of the hotel. sitting outside & visiting with strangers was a bonus. Good breakfast menu.

liked just about everything about it. room would have been a little cramped if we had to use the pull out bed.(which we didn't). might like fresh fruit for breakfast.

We did not have hot water in our room. The staff was informed and they said it would be resolved but it never was.

GPS needs to be updated - had to call for directions after being led thru a community several blocks away; bed very uncomfortable; maid checked in while I was in the shower (8a) but never came to replace towels (left from 9a-9p). Need a larger trash bin
