Was filthy, dirty towel. Filthy bathroom wasn't clean in months

Floor was dirty had to change rooms because sheets was filthy in one room also the tub was horrible

I received bites all over my legs and we had to move rooms twice due to stuff not working.

Let's see where I start there were roaches and flies in the room the bed had hard bars in under the mattress which made it near impossible to sleep. And the wi-fi was terrible I will never stay there again.

You get what you pay for.

Well, needs update and repair. Refrigerator didn't work and if you open it, the whole room smells.

Terrible location (felt unsafe and noisy), room was dirty and needed to be renovated badly, no breakfast, horribly overpriced

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is that it is close to a good restaurant and a dollar general

The worst hotel I have stayed at IN MY LIFE. It was filthy with paint splatters like a 2 year old had done crafts everywhere, the duvets were stained, and there were holes knocked into the bathroom door. The front desk clerk had his hand in his pants.

The staff is rude and could care less of your needs a tornado hit we 2as out if powegor 2 days they I wasn't even offered a discount or refund or anything for that matter rooms are not up to date their not clean a staff member that cleans the rooms

Absolutely nothing. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

There were holes in the wall, no remote for the TV, mattress were hard, toilet ran throughout the night. Smoke detector went off all night! Woke up in the worst back pain!

Broken sink, water dripped onto floor, broken shower rod, holes in tub, broken frig, drapes broken, dirty floor. All furniture and phone were not clean, very dirty room. Asked for quiet room for recovery after medical procedure but construction going on.

It had Roaches and the ceiling was leaking and had bed bugs I wouldn¿t recommend that hotel to anyone

The rooms were not clean or in good repair. It is apparently in a high crime area. We did not feel dafe

No refrigerator no microwave toilet seat to fit toilet should I go on

Location and friendliness of staff

Complained about mold under mattress cover and refused to switch out mattress or give us a new room so i slept in my truck...not clean at all, dirt and filth all over the place

Dirty linen Roaches on curtains and walls Cigarette burns on linen Dog barking in room next door Nasty body hair on sheets towards head od bed. Manager still have not given me a call about this.

The service was horrible. Both beds had stains and clumps of hair on them. The ice bucket was missing but the lid and bag was there. Then we are told the ice machine was broken. Was told we could not get a different room or a discount or anything.

No laundry on site or nearby

Sometimes has a lot of riffraff hanging about.
