Home2 Suites by Hilton Harvey New Orleans Westbank

I LOVED the size of the suite, location of property, breakfast options, and cleanliness of the room itself.

The pool was defunct. It was clear it has not been used or cleaned in well over a year. I am contacting Hilton/Home2 suites directly. It was SO unclean and unkept (leading to my low rating for hotel cleanliness. My kids were SO disappointed!

The hotel is new and has a very nice up-to-date features of a modern architecture. It's clean and the ambiance feels accomodating.

We spent 2 nights and we were in a rush to get out during the first morning and I was expecting the beds will be made once we got back later in the day. But it was the same condition as with the bathroom. Not a big deal.

The room was outstandin.. We also appreciated the e-car charging station.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Either improve it or eliminate it.

My damn toilet ¿¿ in 1st room was leaking so it made us switch I really liked that handicap room

The free breakfast and the onsite laundry machines.

My first night I had a man beating on the wall. I called downstairs and the lady said ¿you need to make your kids be quiet¿ it was barely 10pm and my kids are 3 and 6 kinda hard to make them be quiet.

Very clean and had everything you need.

Bed could have been more comfortable. Sort of hard. Other than everything was great

The hotel is beautiful

My room was warm at times the air conditioner was set on auto and was constantly going off and on throughout the night. When it cut off it had taken a long time to come on again.

I love that my king studio room felt like being in my own Apartment with my fiancé and I was in love with the hotel and it’s location. 10/10 would do this again for date night once more.

The sheets did have some stains on them, but I cleaned them and we worked around them. That’s about it.

The faucet in bathroom was broke but workable

Grab and go breakfast was awesome and the hotel was very clean.

I was NOT able to always park in a handicap spot. My son is a quadriplegic and has a ramp to enter and exit the van.. Cars were parked there nightly… A couple of drawers were broken.

we weren't able to stay because you were all booked up eventhough we had a reservation and yall charged us anyway

My reservation was canceled the morning of arrival because it was booked through booking.com. I had to scramble to get another hotel at a considerable increase in cost.
