The hotel staff was very friendly and professional as soon as I walked in. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location was excellent. ALso, I enjoyed peace and quiet with no outside noise disturbance.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons -

No free breakfast, no free parking and the internet was not functioning.
Main issue was the parking area is not secured and you have to walk through an alley way to get to your car
There is no parking at hotel and itÂ¿s $25 a night in the lot.

The room had a water smell, we were moved due to the shower malfunctioning, the room just wasnÂ¿t worth the price. I guess we paid for the area. I wouldnÂ¿t book again.

Modern, clean rooms

Very noisy outside due to loud motorcycle groups late into the night. Also valet parking was a mess. Staff with no uniforms or name badges, disorganized system, couldnÂ¿t find multiple guest keys and generally unfriendly.

The politeness from each and every employee.

Parking was an issue due to paying for vehicle in a lot not very friendly neighbors. Not having enough 2 beds facing the Mississippi River. Fan in Bathroom did not work. The price on Price line was higher than booking directly from the hotel.

The hotel was clean and located near our destination. The actual location of the building is in a safe area.

There isn't any parking on the premises. Customers are told, when arriving, that parking is "behind the big building." That location is a parking lot. Nearly a block away from the hotel. You are required to pay to stay so it omits any savings you may have

Location and rooms

Staff and lack of professionalism. I was put in a hot abandoned room that lacked everything from soap to paper cups. I know weÃÂ¢Ã¢ÂÂ¬Ã¢ÂÂ¢re in a different time but IÃÂ¢Ã¢ÂÂ¬Ã¢ÂÂ¢ve stayed here several times since February and this has me reconsidering going here ever again

Location

I booked a king room with balcony. Prior to booking I called the property to confirm the room. I arrived with my wife 45 minutes after booking to find out that it was only double rooms available. I was told that I would receive a credit for the difference

Staff was VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY

Due to covid there was less need for staff so the staff present had to work extra hardÃÂ¢Ã¢ÂÂ¬Ã¢ÂÂwhich they did with a smile.
