Staff was nice

Mold/mildew on mattress. Holes on the wall. Scratched up paint spots. Door lock was not secured. Light in hall way was dangling . I talked to the manager who said he would refund me. He told me the staff lied and said I wanted a partial refund

This a hotel was old and the carpet smelled musty, and I pulled out the sofa bed, and there was stains on the mattress

I liked the location to shopping centers and resturants.

Parking! Was limited

The room was like a sm apartment.

Rooms need some updating, bath area especially.

The size of the room.

The room type was great but I chose a room with a queen size bed and what was there was a full size bed ! Really?

Freeway access

This hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Closet door had rust on it. Air conditioner was so noisy when turned on, I had to turn it off. Complained to the desk, room 308 was awful. I need a refund for this room. We slept with no air conditioning and sweated.

Hot breakfast.

Mattress in the sofabed was horrible. Shower room light was very dim. No info at all for the city of Baton Rouge.

Shower head needs to be cleaned of pink fungus. Bottom left hand corner of crown molding on the closet is not attached any longer. Shower drain has become detached. Wet face rag was still hanging on the shower at check in. Rm #113

Location was good , breakfast was good , friendly staff

Room /hotel smelled a little musty . And the shower completely wets the bathroom floor due to the low lip at the bottom and it?s very slippery and uses all the towels to clean it

The staff was very nice and friendly all around, reception, house keeping, breakfast, etc.

Air-conditioning

Dead cricks in the bathroom & bees in the room.

Clean room and staff were polite.

The hotel is a bit dated, the floors didn¿t seem very sturdy in certain spots and the air conditioner was a little loud at times.

Layout of the room was great!

Back door leading outside was broke (unlocked). Two small bugs crawling up the wall just outside the bathroom area (alittle bigger than ants).

Staff was excellent in checking is in and easy to get to

Arrived AC was a little warm which made the room smell a little musty

They had breakfast and a late check out which I need because my car had broke down

Everything was A ok

The Breakfast. Far and away the best part of the stay. Wide variety of items. Greek yogurt, Fresh fruit. Room was nice but sometimes noisy, due to the Highway drag racing outside the window. Bathtub needs a center hand rail.

The road getting in and out of the hotel is horrendous. You need a truck to maneuver the massive holes. Maybe BR considers this normal, Idk.

I chose this because Marriott normally maintains some decemt standard.

Very disappointed. The room was not properly cleaned. The commode was left the same as prior visit. The shower drain was accumulating water. The furniture were old and unkempt. One chair had the skin peeling out on top!! I paid $--- for this! Rm 103
