Room was nasty hair in both bathrooms had to buy my own sheets & towels because they wasn’t clean

TV not working in bedroom, living room TV kept going out. Living room TV and bedroom TV kept changing channels when one of them were being changed in the next room. New TV brought in worked once and never again after that.

I would.have liked to have been given the choice of 2 double beds if available since I was traveling with my daughter, but ultimately the room was great for our needs.

It was in a great location, great services, the room was very spacious and clean. It's a must go back type of hotel. Oh the breakfast and cocktail was really good.

Only thing I didn't like I didn't book more days.

The two-room suite was ideal for our needs: they are spacious and well-equipped, with a well-stocked kitchenette. Breakfast was hearty and better than at other hotels of the same chain. You will find several dining options within walking distance.One staff member was outstanding: receptionist Ossola helped us with a medical emergency and she was overall extremely friendly, professional and forthcoming.

This had nothing to do with The Residence Inn: The pool had to be repaired during our entire stay. Receptionist Ossola contacted a neighboring Marriott to ask them whether we could use their pool, but they declined. Very disappointing behavior from another Marriott.

The property is perfectly comfortable for 6 people, very clean, with a beautiful view, and has all the amenities as described. All the facilities are perfect, and the access to the beach is spectacular. 10/10.

I just want to emphasize that the sofa bed there doesn't open properly, and the coffee maker also didn't work correctly, but these are minor details that don't detract from the beauty and coziness of the property.

The room was big .Lots of space and spotlessly clean . It’s great to have room to move about also the onsite laundry. You can wash your clothes and relax after travelling long distances.

In the pictures on the website it shows them having a hot tub and pool but they no longer have a hot. Should update thatOtherwise it was a pleasant stay

Breakfast was not great. They could have at least had fresh waffles but instead they had frozen prepackaged. I don't expect a full buffet better more options would have been appreciated. I would like to add Erica atv the front desk was AMAZING!!!

The staff was very polite and took care of our problem.

We had booked a two bedroom suite. We were told upon check in none were available. The clerk gave us an additional room and was very nice to us.

My stay overall was good and staff at front desk was very nice. But my electric tooghbrush that I left in the room and promptly ask for them to check went MIA. UGH! The front desk checked several times but said it was not there. This is a disappointment.

I left my electric toothbrush in the room. I asked for them to check and they said it was not there, but that is NOT true. It was there for sure. I am upset about not getting it back. The staff at front desk was very nice and checked for me several times so I do want to give full credit to them for checking. Thank you! However, it went missing despite their efforts. Something is amiss.

Breakfast was excellent. Nice variety. Staff friendly & helpful.
