NOTHING. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE

I hated everything. Room was filthy, stained paw prints on covers, didn’t have no towels until the next day, Staff was rude, room smelled old and Smokey, loud neighbors.. 0 stars!

Everything was bad. Customer service The cleaning Room doors kicked in No locks on the doors Dirty laundry piled up on the hallways and entrance Trash overflowing It stinks and smells old Blood on the sheets Bed broken All around not safe to stay

There was a rat in our room. Marijuana smell. Dirty. Unsecured.

The service

When I arrived I couldn't check in the light were off had to wait until 430

The front desk agent that checked me in was really nice and pleasant and when I called down to complain about the sheets being stained and having blunt/cigarette burns in them, she offered to personally bring me new sheets right away.

The crowd of addicts hanging outside, stained/destroyed bedding, staff looked unprofessional dressed in street clothes, room poorly cleaned, smoke detector missing in room 204, horrible smoke smell, no towels in room, linen stained, everything was bad!

Nothing, it looked like a street level Motel like a motel 6.

Yessss! The dirty looking towels, no shampoo, conditioner in bottles located in shower, dirty looking linen, odor in bathroom, etc. Nottt what I expected.

The room was nice.

No maid service, didn’t check if I needed clean towels for a 3 night stay. The Pool had algae growing in it, The ice machine was out of order, The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty and when I went to the front desk I was told they were out.

Dirty sheets. Smoke in non smoking room. Staff would not give me a clean, smoke free room.

Customer service was good

The cleanliness of the room, appliances not working, they double charged me and I I had to wait till my bank cleared it after my trip was over.

The pool outside

The staff was rude and told me they were out of towels, and there was nothing she could do about it. The hotel was not clean. The breakfast is a big joke and it is still under construction.

The floors in the bedroom were so dirty it made our feet black, the first room smelled like a cigarette, but did move us. They?re trying to make it nice, but needs a lot more work. Especially, with the tweakers coming in and out of the hotel

The location was very convenient to airport

It was in poor condition. No sign on hotel or anywhere nearby. Looked vacant or about to be torn down. ?Breakfast? was not as pictured. Would never recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was terrible. Biscuits & eggs one day, biscuits & sausage one and the kicker potatoes and biscuits.?not great at all. Then asked to leave under false accusations from front desk lady.

I had reserved a double queen bed room but was given a king bed room instead.; the floor was unclean, causing my shoes to stick as I walked, and the restroom was not properly cleaned?there was a dirty towel still hanging in the shower.

No one to check me in. A GUEST that knew how to make cards made me one. BEDBUGS in the room. Left within 3 minutes. CALL ME.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

A lot of mold in the shower, floors were filthy dirty (plank flooring), linen was dirty, carpet in the hallway was almost black and damp. Worst motel I've ever stayed in. After looking at the reviews, they're all correct regarding it being dirty.

Room was okay. The bed was SOFT. We slept great both nights we were there. Also, the breakfast nook was very nice and very clean.

It needs a deep cleaning/renovated. The hallways were dark, the carpet looked greasy and there were marks on the walls. I had to lift my door to get it to fit the door jam. Put in new carpet and paint the walls and the place will look awesome.

The shower was filthy. It had soap scum and mold.
