Staff was friendly

My ac had a leak and they were not able to repair during my stay, I asked to switch rooms and they said they didn’t had the capability to do it. Very disappointing my room smell humid with the leak and it was also loud. You can also hear the slam of door

Very tiny room. Tiny bathroom and shower. Uncomfortable, hard bed

Clean & quiet

I always book a handicap accessible bathroom at this hotel... most times they end up placing me in a room without a handicap accessible bathroom (which is small).

The room was great. The beds were very comfortable, with super soft sheets.

The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy. The halls of the hotel were dark and closed-in feeling. But the room was great!

Easy check in. Clean room. Nice bed. A/C worked. Breakfast is simple but fine. Location is safe.

Not really. But breakfast could be a little better though.

Everything. We had to call a number to get someone to come to the office. There was barely any lighting in the rooms. Stains on the 2 towels provided. No maid service. Horrible WiFi for the TV so it was useless. Steps to the 2nd floor were a deathtrap

Stains on the lamp shade and bed cover in room 104. Shower floor had an area that was weak. A piece of the air condition unit was broken.

The check in was very smooth the front desk associate was very friendly. The breakfast attendant slash was also very patient and kind when two people stayed pass the 9 o'clock breakfast rule not me I went down to grab an apple around 8:58

The hotel needs updates. Cigarette burn in the curtain. Stains on the sheets. Mildew smell in the hotel and the room

Small in size, clean property, and friendly staff.

We did not have water for hours the day after check in. I called the front desk to ask about it & the person who answered the phone had a very nasty attitude and did not provide info on when it would come back on. Asked for my money back and was told NO!

Breakfast was dismal. The waffle batter was watered down. Fried eggs looked awful! I sent pictures to family. Same breakfast every day. No variety in the staples.

Everything went smoothly

The breakfast had the same thing every day. That's fine for a couple of nights, but we stayed seven days and it got to be old after a while.

This hotel is clean, safe and wonderful staff. Great breakfast too

Room was clean and recently remodeled. Breakfast area was neat, we'll stocked and organized.

Check in was a bit slow

The front desk staff was wonderful. It was 11:30 pm and we had driven 8 hours. She even went and found us a luggage cart. The room was very nice and we loved the large walk in shower.

The only thing was we came in late and the light switch didn't turn on a light. I found the dressing area and felt around to find a switch. After that it was great.
