Hotel staff was not friendly and seemed...unavailable. Was not greeted when I approached the bar and left before placing an order.

The bedroom linen was not clean. It had blood stains in the sheets and pillows.

no hot water, ac in room didnt work. stay at the holiday inn next door, its much better.

Great locations.Very nice staff. Rooms were quiet. And the restaurant was very good.

The room was dirty the small make up mirror was dirty the arm of it where it attaches to the wall has tons of dust on it the bsd side tables and lamps were all dirty

The fitness center & pool area are the nicest amenities of this hotel.

The hotel staff on 2 separate occasions during my stay proved to be less than ideal: During check-in, front deskman seemed quite irritated. Not welcoming. I was charged a pet fee for documented & identified service animal.

Location is close to a lot of stuff!

Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were broken and the lights in the bathroom would blink while you take a shower. They are working on updating the hotel.

Loved the laminate flooring in the room! Very nice gym and excellent coffee service in the room and lobby.

Toilet ran but when I advised the staff they were quick to fix it.

The conference was held at the hotel. It didn¿t require any travel around the city.

Upon my initial stay my heating unit did not work and the staff sent maintenance immediately to change the unit. We encountered roaches in the room and notified the front desk maintenance came to spray and our toilet backed up. Management did not address.

Recently refurbished, very clean and modern.

Room was dirty. When we checked in the front desk man was rude and very unfriendly.

The location is great! Staff was very friendly. Room could use some updates but fit us fine!

I stayed a few years ago and could see they have made some improvements to the property! The staff was EXCELLENT! The room was very comfortable and they allowed us ( for a very reasonable charge) to bring our pet.

Superb hospitality, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows.

Very friendly staff, always greeted with a smile. Accommodated our ESA dog a golden retriever very well, we really appreciate that.The hotel had live music and BBQ by the pool all throughout the 4rth July weekend when there was nothing much to do

There was nothing that I could ask for more.

Nice location, room was clean, nice decor.

The curtains are not totally blacked out. Too much light coming in the room in the morning time.
