I did not like the bathroom. It is outdated and small. Renovations need to be made to make these rooms better!

The best thing was when we checked out.

2 tiny full size beds; tiny bathroom; the desk in the room needs to be thrown away; does not look like any has ever cleaned behind the headboard and the entertainment unit; on 3 towels; staff were less than friendly when asked for another towel.

Location

The hotel is not maintained. The rooms and lobby smell like cigarette smoke. Small basic things that a normal hotel provides are not provided. Will not stay again.

The rooms were clean and staff was helpful. It had a kitchenette with every needed for preparing a meal except silverware

No silverware in the room and the level of difficulty getting to and from the casino area

Close and convenient to downtown Baton Rouge, LA, stores and restaurants.

Hard to sleep, something was making loud banging noise down the hall.

They never cleaned the room for 3 days , same with my other friends that were staying there also. When we complained they didn’t care . Every guest at the hotel were complaining about the room service . The lady at the coffee shop downstairs was extreme

Never had room service complained constantly to staff members and they ignored my request with an attitude will never stay at this hotel it's comparable to low economy hotels definitely a 1 star rating and that's being nice !!!

Very poor staff specially the managers complained to no avail and when they didn't clean the rooms they would tell me to come downstairs and pick up towels and soap and etc. this is a threesome and a half star hotel I don't think so

A/C was great. Gated parking.

Room was not a 3.5 Star quality. The furniture was dirty (and appeared more than used) & desk was broken. Toilet was dirty. Bath/shower was dirty. There were dirt spots on the walls.

Losing our reservation and the half a mile walk to the casino. The hotel's cleanliness was highly questionable.

Location, cleanliness and friendliness of staff were great.

The hotel is losing a TON of $$ by leaving lights on, blinds open, and AC turned down to 65*. It's not the 1960s anymore: no one cares if the light is on when you get home. It's also SUPER wasteful of money and energy.

It was close to our destination.

Yes, it was noisy, no restaurant, shower curtain alllowed water to cover the entire bathroom. Not a good experience. No contact with staff.

Convenient location

Dated and needs updates. Small bathroom. No coffee in rooms. Have stayed here numerous times over past years but rooms appear well worn and need some attention. Will stay somewhere else on our next trip.

I liked Nothing. Stains on wall, trash/ food in bathroom sink, front desk worker rude. Entire room appeared unclean and overall dirty. I was Very disappointed The Lobby looks nice and clean but that's it.

Night Auditor was very pleasant

The rooms very extremely dirty. We moved to a different room and that one was not much better. Someone left medicine in the room and housekeeping evidently didn't notice that either. The shower head was broken!

The beds were comfortable and clean.

The hotel smelled bad. It looked and seemed to b old inside. The food was not good. For the money I have stayed at a lot nicer places. The elevators were worn and dirty.

Location was convenient

The room was filthy. There were a few staff members that were helpful but most were rude. It was noisy all night. Kids were knocking on the doors in the middle of the night. I didn't feel safe there at all. No idea how this hotel was rated 3 1/2 stars!

Location, we was there for a dance competition and was only a block away from the venue.

The hotel is disgusting for being a casino hotel it should be nicer. I have stayed at this hotel once before and it was cleaner. This time it stunk the blow dryer didn't work the beds felt dirty. I will not stay at this hotel again.
