The room needs to be cleaned. There was cigarette ashes everywhere. The smell was disgusting. The management was horrific! He has no customer service at all! I was berated because I interfered with his lunch

Things were broken..they also had roaches.. items were missing out the room..

The room smelled like smoke although it was supposed to be non-smoking. The wifi and password provided to us were not available. There were small pieces of glass on the floor. The light fixture and toilet paper holder were broken in the restroom.

Took 20 min for only me to check in with no line. Toilet seat was broken, no phone, huge strips of painting missing from the walls, no trash can, reeked of an overwhelming chemical smell. Had to put the hanging tree car air freshener outside.

Absolutely nothing the hotel looks nothing like it did on the app pictures reviews do not match was overcharged everything was disgusting. Nothing was in there that was supposed to be in there towel smell like cigarette smoke absolutely disaster

Room is not clean room was not accommodated with everything that showed him. The pictures room was nothing like it was in the pictures when was dirty and smelled bad. Had a little kids running around, handing out house was overcharged by the hotel.

Nothing - if it wasnt so late and we werent so tired I would have 1000000% demanded a refund and I would have went to a different hotel. AVOID this place at all costs.

What was advertised is NOTHING like what you get in person. Room was disgusting. Bathroom toilet ran ALL NIGHT. We have to actually connect and set up the tv to the receiver and reprogram the tv control. Light fixtures hanging on by a wire. -10/10

I waited to be checked in for at least 30 minutes while the clerk berated the customer in front of me. The clerk was rude, spoke in broken English and was very unpleasant. I left the hotel without checking in (paid for room I did not use).

Roof over my head and the A/C worked.Towels were clean.

Bed was uncomfortable. No microwave, no refrigerator. The motel grounds were dirty. The cable was intermittent. The tub was slow to drain.

That I could drive away from it quickly

I did not like everything about the hotel. It was dirty, sketchy and I did not even stay in it. I checked in and out within 30 minutes, at the most. The pool was "permanently closed" despite being an advertised amenity. Blood and mold on walls in room.

I did not like anything about this hotel! I did not stay! I requested a refund! This hotel should be removed from your hotel offers! The pictures are false! There is no pool!

This hotel is deplorable outside & inside! There are cigarette burn marks all over the furniture & bathroom facilties! The toilet seat was on the floor! They could not accommodate me with another room because this was the only one with a spa tub!

This Place was hell not even close to a 1star! the floor was up holes in the wall in the bathroom terrible. could not get another room they were all the same. i left after check in i did not stay.

Deadbolt lock on first room did not lock. Heat in second room fid not work.cigarette burns all over bath tub.

Location, parking space and access to restaurants nearby

Old hotel with weather related issues. Toileteries and flooring could be better. TV didn't work and furniture could be better.

The cleanliness of the room was very well, the outside appearance wasn't pleasing to sight but it was in the perfect location for where I needed to be in Baton Rouge for the weekend.

The staff could be a little bit more welcoming and the outside appearance of the hotel needs a make-over.

There are cockroaches on the bed, floors and walls of the room. There was black mold in the bathroom. There were cigarette burns in the sheets of the bed.

Staff was very rude! Room had roaches and the ac was leaking. Bathtub had multiple burns on it but was in a non smoking room. Had requested a room change due to water everywhere and got told I checked in after 15 min I can¿t change my room or get a refun

The pictures shown for the rooms is not what you get. There was no refrigerator or microwave. Nothing that is advertised in pictures. Hotel has a bunch of broken windows. And police here everyday for something.

Absolutely nothing! This was the nastiest hotel I have ever seen!

There were blood and urine stains on the sheets! Roaches in the bathroom. The smell of cigarettes were so strong in this room there was no way I would stay here! They charged me $--- for one night stay! I wouldn¿t have slept here if they paid me the $---!
