the bathroom door misses the toilet by inches, someone didn't think this thru !!! the bathtub was very slippery, bath mats are seriously needed, before someone falls, and gets seriously hurt.

I enjoyed that they have nice large pillows in the room with both firm and soft options for both guests.

The water pressure isn't very good so showering and getting soap out of your hair is tough.

Great staff and location is close to the highway, restaurants, and stores.

The front desk lady was nice polite and accommodating. The maid knocked on our door in the morning to see if we needed anything.

It’s just older. Elevator was squeaky and super slow, the tub had dark dirt stains on the bottom. Everything was clean just old

The elevator can be a bit slow...seems like a strange kind of complaint but it can be a time consuming especially if you're on the top floor :)

i didn¿t like how they checked me out of my room before my actual last night of staying there,then tried to lie and say they thought i was only staying for one day but it's okay never again

Hotel was great and location was what I need, close to everything that I needed . Room, hotel was clean and staff was very kind, friendly and helpful .

Restaurant was not open as needed and menu was limited .

The price was high and it definitely needs some updates. The elevator was so slow it was actually scary and I think unsafe.

I go to check in and their computer system wasn't working correctly so I had to wait for that. Once that got going they said my payment didn't go through for the room which it did because it showed up on my bank account. I waited over an hour to get in.

Bed was comfortable. It was quiet.

Upon booking, no one disclosed there would be a $50 security deposit .

Need to repair the luggage carriers, we got one that was very difficult to move once loaded, luckily there was another family coming in who helped us get the cart up the ramp and into the elevator so we could get to our room. No free breakfast included.

Hotel was close to everything ( water park, shopping , food etc.) without being directly in the city.

We woke up to water on the bed. The roof was leaking from condensation (we think) from the AC. They moved us into another room where it was apparent there was also water damage in that room. The doors to the room were extremely slow to shut.

There always seems to a small problem during our visit(s); as an example the shower mixing until was faulty which meant that the water was extremely hot, the lobby was under some kind of maintenance which lets the hotel down a little bit.

The bed was very comfortable.

The room and bathroom was very small. We had to go in and close the door in order to get to the toilet. The room was very nice, but overpriced for the size of the room
