Comfort Inn University Area

It was very clean. Even the elevator was wiped down.

My room was facing the freeway and it was pretty noisy at night.

The room smelled really bad. Not sure if it was mildew or what. I got used to it after staying in the room, but when coming back into the room after being gone it was strong and bad.

Room were stuffy, had to clean the refrigerator. It smelled like something died. Tub wasn't clean. Comparing to the other hotels on the same street, this place was a 2

Cleanliness

Hotel staff were extremely rude and uninformed. The hotel staff seems weired and programmed. They wouldn't bend on check out time during my stay but was overheard providing a later checkout time to another customer. They wouldn't provide a checkout slip.

Location and employees

The desk chair in my room was damaged to the point it was unusable. When I arrived there was some sketchy stuff happening in the parking lot

Beds were hard and uncomfortable, don¿t walk around bare foot, room had been smoked in previously, hotel is a bit outdated and the cosmetic repairs that were done were not so great contractors¿

This is a great question! What I like best about Comfort Inn is the ease of access to my Fast Start School, transportation, and entertainment.

Convenient location

Almost constant loud noise from the bathroom ventilating system. Lasted for a day and a ha;f. Soiunded like a jack hammer in concrete.

Broken bathroom door handle did not allow it to be latched correctly. No shower curtain upon check in. Had to request one which was torn. Toilet made loud & prolonged noise when flushed (air in water line?). Previous stays at this hotel have been good.

Rooms are good size. Breakfast served in the morning was very good and exceeded my expectation.

Front lady (big, white girl) was not an enthusiastic person. She had a TV show running and would rather prefer watch it, sitting on sofas.Our room had broken chair and hair on toilet seat. We reported it at the front desk, but no action.Shower pressure.

Great location, lots of nearby dinning options and easy access to the freeway.

Rooms need updating especially the bathrooms.

It was a little ¿shady¿ with what appeared to be either homeless men or dirty and exhausted male workers sitting outside. Come to think about it, they were most likely workers because one was yelling and using profanity on a cellphone when I first parked.

Yes the staff member that checked me in the room was racist and accused me and my boyfriend of smelling like marijuana when we first walked into the hotel room. I have never felt so low in life and it wasn¿t very welcoming. He even threatened to not give

Commode leak Interstate highway traffic noise continued all night long. Could not sleep very well due to vehicle noise that was non-stop.

The staff was very kind.

It seemed to be a bit run down. But it was clean and everything worked. Perhaps the property needs a facelift.

I HAD KIDS WITH ME SO THE FREE INTERNET WAS REALLY A PLUS AND THE FREE BREAKFAST

THE DOOR TO GET INSIDE THE ROOM WOULD NOT CLOSE SO THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER ROOM WITH NO PROBLEMS.
