Very clean, check in and check out was easy and quick, I barely needed to pack anything because the room had everything I needed

The room was very spacious and had the basic amenities like small refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron

That they charge a Parking fee of $9 plus tax and that you have to scan a QR code to pay for it. There are no attractions or downtown near by so why charge paying customers a parking fee

My first room option did not have hot water and I had to relocate to a different room. No apologies for my inconvenience was given.

Location and it was very clean! We had a beer at the bar and the young lady was very friendly!

We were woken up by house keeping at 7am knocking on the door with a key card. When we told the front desk about the situation they didn?t seem very sincere with their apology!

The rooms were clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The people were exceptionally courteous and friendly. The food was awesome. I enjoyed all 7 days I was there!!!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying anywhere in the vicinity.

very clean. i've stayed in many baton rouge hotels with 3+ stars and disappointed, finally found one that is clearly well run, very clean, good food and drinks at the restaurant. actually the bartender is better than most, very skilled at his craft.

Yes, I was fraudulently charged again for the room at 4:02 AM after I had checked in and paid the evening before. They charged my PayPal card another $408 which I did not authorize. I have not been reimbursed yet!!!

The location was perfect.

I did not like the construction going in the elevator area and also the shower needs a deep cleaning (there is mold growing above the sliding door seal).

Bar chairs could be more comfortable

Had reservations about staying at a hotel during the pandemic. Told my husband to choose a clean one. Baton Rouge Marriott didn’t disappoint. Very modern, clean, and plenty of sanitation stations placed throughout the floors. Staff were great.

I didn’t like the fact I was in a room for 7 days and couldn’t get the lives linen change.

a/c shut off many times throughout the night and it got very hot . Only two towels in the room for a two night stay. Shower sprayed water all over the floor one bar of soap for a 4 star rating not up to standards. Bathroom door handle came off.

Excellent hotel. Great staff great location liked the wood floors in the room. Very clean and updated.

Loved the environment. Friendly helpful staff. Restraunt + bar lounge were excellent.

I have no complaints at all from this hotel. Handled my few little concerns with nosie above our room from a dance team quickly. Other than that no issues were involved.
