Hotel employee and Front Desk Mr. Wright called on his cell phone, offered to pay for my trip to the airport, and made arrangements for Lift because the hotel shuttle was not available until 8:00 am. Hotel employee went ABOVE AND BEYOND

No taxi cab service. No shuttle service before 8:00 am.

The staff was amazing! They were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. One gentleman was always available for questions and restaurant recommendations. Another gentleman took time to give us a tour of the historic hotel.

This hotel is very nice. The staff was great. The restaurants were excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom was great.

Location for parking was easy

The rooms had a very bad chemical smell. Intolerable. I asked to be changed rooms and ended up staying some where else all together

Check in was so nice and friendly. I wish I remembered the front desk lady (we talked about ghost tours and her mom), but she was amazing and helpful. Our room was fabulous. Everything met or exceeded our expectations from valet services to the wonderful.

Absolutely nothing

Charming hotel.

Room was very small. No self parking. No carport to load and unload luggage, if it¿s pouring rain, which it was, no easy way to deal with luggage.

There are not Ice Machines on each floor. This is very bad! The room service staff did bring Ice to the rooms, but I still had to call and ask.

I really enjoy the look of the hotel and the rooms. The bed is really comfortable and I like how there is a curtain to seperate the bed area from the bathroom.

Tv wasn't the greatest. The signal kept going out.

Check-in staff was great. Room was spacious, clean, and felt new.

The hotel is simply beautiful! Its historic as well. You'd be very surprised and happy to tour the building. Take a look at the art work too.

Located across the street from a bar with very loud music. Loud enough to rattle windows with the bass. Lasted from 10pm - 2:30am Friday and Saturday night. Not a fan.

Clean, good location, unique decor

Front desk staff not overly helpful, valet didnt get our car when we called 20 min early to request it. The people working at both restaurants were great!

Walls and doors do not damper sound very well. Bring ear plugs! Elevators are not fast, so be prepared to wait.
