Breakfast was good and so was the room size.

They charged me $35 for a movie that I did not watch them told me three times the charge would be removed, but have not yet so I have to keep calling.

The staff was top notch.

My room was found with every drawer wide open and the sofa sleeper with the cushions off and the bed partially opened. I had ro fix all of this before I did anything else.

The elevator was out and the smoke alarms kept going off.

There was no mention about paid parking at checkin. The first room air conditioning did not work. They moved us to another room where the toilet would not flush.

The receptionist was very nice.

The hotel was old needs repairs and updating. The first room I was assigned had a broken bathroom door handle. It he moved me to another room. It had broken furniture and dusty. Stained carpet. Rusty bathroom fixtures

Room is in need of updating and repairs. Closet doors were off the track, bathroom sink and tub drains were broken.

The staff was great, helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional. The breakfast was good and the location.

I felt comfortable. I had a wonderful stay. No complaints.

The room above me was noisy from 10:30 pm to midnight both nights. Had security tell them to be quiet, but that only lasted 10 minutes. Very frustrating for someone with two young kids trying to sleep.

Rooms are clean and breakfast was nice.

I had my catalytic converters stolen off my car. I parked in the 1st row, 5 spaces down from the entrance. The managers said it never happens and the staff say it happens ¿all the time.¿ We were told they had no cameras. Some sort of security is needed

I loved the hotel had a kitchen with a stove and refrigerator.

Check in staff did not inform us that maid services had to be scheduled. We had no clean towels second day. I was told that I would receive a receipt from Prince line after I checked out. Did not receive it.

The large suites are unbeatable.

It was dirty. I found no less than 4 black, short, curly, thick hairs in the bathtubs. We¿re all blonde. The tubs also seemed to have a film. They were just dirty. Gross. In addition, the floors were not vacuumed, or perhaps were very poorly vacuumed.

It was very clean, apartment type & very nice.

My lights had cut off, tv & fan stopped working for a good 10 minutes.

The breakfast in the morning was fantastic! Room was clean and very big.

Check in process was slow, they tried to charge me for my room even though it had been paid for already.

Very nice hotel, looked like it had just been renovated. The breakfast buffet was really good,many choices. Dinner was good, but menu was limited. I would definitely stay there again!

We had an issue with A/C but staff took care of it immediately!! Great staff, very friendly and accommodating!!!!

The two bedroom/two bathroom suite was perfect for our family. Loved all the space! Breakfast was nice. Kudos for offering real butter for toasted English muffins. Small detail with huge payoff! Loved it!

Hotels seem to penalize those of us who choose a debt free and credit card free lifestyle. I wanted to leave a cash deposit but was not allowed. Credit card only! I use debit card only. Therefore I can't access my money due to any hold. Very inconvenient!

Remodeled, great staff, excellent breakfast and dinners.

Pool was not open until last day of our stay. Large bug (like roach) was in our kitchen running around on the floor on our last night!

I was able to keep the a/c fan on which I like because the fan is usually so loud the a/c turning on and off wakes me up. The noise of the fan staying on allowed me to sleep good.
