The actual room was ok, it had everything we needed.

I had to go get clean towels every day. The cleaning crew would take the dirty towel but only leave a couple wash cloths but not bath towels. Body wash in shower was never refilled. The pool was disgusting.

Didn't like the hotel at all

in experienced staff, furniture in room not clean, bathroom a 3, just not a clean place.

Heated pool

Yes, the room smelled of mildew, the window in the living room area was broken (room 351), the sofa bed had vomit stains on it and the carpet was wet near ac & in desperate need of cleaning or replacing and mold on the AC diverter. Very dissatisfied.

Big comfy room, close to hospital where I was having surgery

Only one towel in bathroom, but it was the day after Christmas and maybe staff were allowed to have time off. Breakfast pricey.

convenience of getting around everywhere

I believe that depending on the room you end up with a microwave. My room didn't have one. It only came with a fridge.

Around 7:30pm the fire alarms go off in the entire hotel. They said it was a test. But a few minutes later it happened again. They went off & on until almost midnight before it was fixed. Housekeeper knocked on door at 9am to see if I was still there.

Best staff, always in work mode and very helpful to guests and their needs, also great restaurants nearby

Noise, highway next door ,very loud didn?t get to sleep until 2am, but I don?t know what you could do about it other than option of guest earplugs styles for light sleepers.

Room was fine. Private and restful.

Shower could be larger; Bathroom could accommodate.

Front staff was personable, Quiet and private room. I appreciated that.

The shower was overly narrow. Can't imagine some of these larger people trying to fit in the shower and move around.

I was happy with the location compared to where I wanted to stay. I did like the blackout curtains to keep the light out to be able to sleep. Staff was good and kind.

For the price ($---night), when the amenities state their bistro offers breakfast, it would be included. However, no, and it wasn¿t cheap. Almost $15.00 for a simple breakfast. Hot Tub was down, pool dirty and closet rack was broken. Won¿t stay again.

Due to coming during events no access to pool or other amenities my room was missing TV remote and shower curtain also had ants and we where bite

Convenient location to I-10.

The hotel room was loud and not very clean, the pool/spa was not well maintained, the fumes from the loud guests grilling under our window at night in the courtyard filled the room with the smell of smoke, and the staff, although friendly, were scarce.

Rooms are spacious and beds were incredibly comfy. Clean and kept to nicely in and around property. Location is good with plenty nearby

Seems to be a norm in Baton Rouge but no smoking means no smoking.... hallways as is common in all my stays in that town reeks of pot.... No coffee, has to but from Starbucks located inside.... no biggie, but thought at least provide free coffee....

The location is convenient.

The room smelled moldy due to a faulty and noisy AC unit. The bathroom looked old and is in desperate need of a remodel. I was close to asking for my money back but I was exhausted from a long drive and had no energy to complaint

The a/c unit made so much noise throughout the night couldn¿t sleep a wink..usually I¿m able to power through and disregard the noise it was just overbearing and I didn¿t hv the urge to bother with getting another room

Hot Room. AC unit wasn't putting out. Noticed other reviews stating the same thing.
