Front desk person was confused and incompetent.

Fridge wouldn't fit into the "cubby" that was bought for it. I had to unplug the microwave in order to use my laptop at the desk. No mat in the tub. Light didn't work above the sink.

Snacks at front desk

Staff is extremely rude and refused to let me in the room to get my belongings bc I was late getting back and then threw my things in the dumpster and stole some things they did not throw away, would not even let me use the phone when I was crying

This place had a ton of cockroaches, plus people partying/ being loud all night. Sleep was impossible. If you don't like roaches, and you do want to sleep, don't bother staying here!

Right off highway around most businesses

Hotel is full of drug addicts and people hanging outside all day tryna sell something. Had a problem with the air in room had to wait 3 hours before I was moved

The location itself was nice, the pool was nice

The employees just walk into your room with their key instead of knocking first to see if it's okay to come in

It was filthy.

It was mainly quiet when it was time for bed

The other guest were a little obnoxious

It was very close to different stores and fast food restaurants i liked.

It was an unpleasant smell. It smelled like Cigarettes And Bleach all weekend, which i did not enjoy.

For a budget motel this place was great. Clean and recently updated rooms. I appreciated that it was hard flooring rather than carpet. Kiki at the front desk was a gem who helped us with early check-in. Pool looked clean and nice, although we didn't use it.

The exterior of the building is worn and unwelcoming.

Wasn’t far from everything

Room was not cleaned at all and neighbors were constantly smoking cigarettes.

There was no breakfast. The motel clerk was pretty nice though and friendly as was the cleaning staff which went a long way to making our stay comfortable.

The motel exterior was in sad shape. The room smelled like urine, however the beds were clean and the sheets were clean so we kept the room.( Too tired from long drive to protest) My reservation was very inaccurate but the motel clerk cancelled it for me and got me a room that I had requested. I won't be using booking.com again.

Their was a needle under 5he sinkOne pillow for two beds no trash cans they had to put another tv in because the one in the room wasnt working

The Pool

That I didn't have a choice to pick downstairs even though I reserved the place months in advance. One of the cleaning ladies left my door cracked and I was gone for hours.

Price-fit my wallet for what was offered. Looking for a place with a good bed and a shower.

There were some issues. The toilet was barely attached. The tub and sink faucets were very loose that I was surprised they worked. It had a smell when first entering but I believe it is the type of cleaner used. And last, the rubber kickboard behind the door needs to be reattached-glued.

Located in a great place

No refrigerator and microwave had rust.no drinks in vending machine and the guy at front desk is rud

Absolutely nothing the lady who checked to send had an attitude because we woke her up and it was 5:30 in the afternoon

There was no refrigerator no microwave in The view was terrible not to mention all of the people fighting outside totally disgusting place

Front desk staff so friendly & funny, really enjoyed her humor, thank you!! Room clean & very well lit.

Too loud, beds were very bouncy and loud when moved it night.

Close to freeway

Cigarette holes in the comforters, vanity light cover on the floor covered in sticky dirt, bathroom missing a light cover, mattress you would sink in it, the baseboards were thick with dirt, pillows were flat as pancakes, and you could hear everything outside.
