The staff were friendly and helpful at the front desk.

Very limited parking. Very loud event happening in the ballroom and extremely drunk people in the lobby along with the floor of the hallway to my room. There was a cleaning rag left on the top of the toilet.

Very clean. Hotel employee at check in was incredibly friendly. We arrived to live music and smiles. Would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness and location

Checkin was at 3 and room was not ready. Not offered a fix since I needed to change my baby and store cold items. Was directed to a bathroom with no changing table. Front desk called at 4:15, not my room ready. Wasn?t able to check in til 5:15-5:30.

The room was hot no matter how low we turned the AC. It just couldn?t keep up to cool off

No microwave in rooms. If you provide a fridge to keep food and drinks cold there should be a microwave to warm your food.

Staff was helpful front desk help me find a church to attend on Christmas morning I¿m forever grateful to her for that wish remembered her name she worked the Christmas morning

My room at the Renaissance was gorgeous and comfortable! The food at the restaurant was delicious! The staff couldn¿t have been more friendly, polite and helpful! I will definitely be back ¿ Yahweh willing!
