Holiday Inn Express & Suites Paducah West By IHG

Floor/carpet was quite disgusting - needs cleaned. Mold in calk around shower. A pair of dirty socks were found in ice bin. Dusty behind TV and other things on furniture

The receptionist did not make us feel welcome, we arrived 45 min before the 3:00 check in, her response was, I don't know if we have a room ready yet, check in isn't until 3. Seriously? We will not stay there again, the walls in the room dust covered

Location, right off interstate. Lots of choices for food and other necessities if needed. Perfect spot if staying overnight (like me) or longer.

Nothing everything was fine.

Friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, lobby and breakfast area.

Was pleasantly surprised with everything about this location. I think it was one of the cleanest rooms I had every stayed in.The staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome The only complaint I had- I could not extend my stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice, clean room and great breakfast in the morning! Easy on / off from highway.

Very clean easy to get to restaurants and gas close by.best hotel breakfast we have had in awhile!

Friendly staff great location

There was some hair in the bathroom

Very clean and breakfast was great! Our room was on the back side of the hotel and we didn't hear the highway AT ALL.

Nope!

So clean. So friendly. So accommodating. Will definitely be staying at this place next time!

Clean, pool was awesome, staff were good

A little rough around the edges, need some TLC here and there, drunk guys tailgating in parking lot, told the staff, they did nothing

The hotel was just off of route 24. Our room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. All of the staff we interacted with were terrific.

It was clean. The staff was great. We got free, warm cookies at night!

The room above us was very noisy getting ready to leave at 3am. We called the desk, but since they were just packing up couldn't do anything. So we wound up leaving a little after 4am ourselves. Not the restful night we had hoped for.

I am a shower person. Water pressure and shower experience was amazing!

We left right when breakfast was starting but there was no staff starting breakfast at 6 AM.

Many items for breakfast and the check in clerks offered baked cookies for an evening snack. I seen many employees and they all spoke to us and in a friendly manner. I would stay again.

The staff on the night arrived was very welcoming and personable. The even went over some fun things to do in the city while we were visiting.

The staff when we checked out the next morning was not. I asked the check out lady (older white lady) what time check out was & she responded w/out even looking up from her computer. Then later, did not say anything as we walked by to leave...until I did.

Super clean, comfortable and staff was great.

Right in the middle of everything

Smoking in rooms and could smell it so made sleeping very difficult

Staff was courteous. Room was clean. Beds were comfy.

Could hear a lot of traffic noise from the highway. I¿m sure if room was on other side of building I wouldn¿t have heard it but loud from highway side.

It was very clean and the night person Matt made us cookies

nope, For a 2.5 stars it was excellent
