Our door would not open with the

Water was shut off, room smelled like weed, carpets in the hallway had tape on the floors, our friends had different rooms as well and didnt have tv remotes or refrigerators or microwaves

The Aloft on the Levee is our favorite. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and location is perfect.

The location

I felt like it was a bit overpriced. The view was not great, the room was small ( with no bathtub), the TV was not a smartTV, and the elevators were annoying.

The location. That is why we booked this hotel.

Yes. There are 2 elevators at this hotel however the whole weekend only 1 was working. Every time we had to go up to our room or down to the lobby it took 15 to 30 minutes just waiting on an elevator. The room was not clean. Smelled damp. Food wrappers in

Overall the hotel was dirty, the elevator wasn?t functioning, had to use the stairs which involve walking outside of the building in the rain more than once. Our refrigerator was extremely noisy, the shower didn?t drain so had to take very quick showers

Our room had stains on the wall you could see and the shower would not drain at all was not satisfied and would like compensated to be honest

Staff! There was a very friendly lady at the front who made me feel welcomed. Loved the location and ease of parking.

I ordered breakfast every day but honestly the food was not that good. The biggest thing was I was staying here to get away from a dog allergen at my house and I was still experiencing flare ups when I slept in the hotel bed.

I really liked the location. Walking distance to all of the sites...restaurants, shopping, aquarium, purple bridge

I'm not crazy about how the rooms are designed at any of the Aloft Hotels, very small rooms but always clean and usually in great site sering areas.

They did not clean room when requested. Breakfast had to be ordered.

Checking in was quick and easy.

The bathroom looked dirty. Our towels were falling apart.

The staff was amazing and the hotel was clean. The hotel is very nice The rooms are OK but they can be bigger for a double queen.

No breakfast they need a breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is close to restaurants and other attractions. Parking is convenient and at a reasonable daily rate.

Communications between staff is very poor. Requested items required several attempts to get. Returned to room after 6 PM after leaving room at noon and bed was stripped. Pillows and clean linen in a pile on counter.$5 tip gone.

Our bathroom door was broke was hard to shut and hard top open didn't like they had no microwave in the room and the pool area someone had a dog in there witch it said no pets aloud

Location. Decor. Bar inside lobby.

The bar was only open one day out of the three that we were there. The staff was not friendly. Pretty rude actually. Not clean. Room smaller than expected. Leaving, I was pretty unsatisfied for as much money that we were charged.

Bar was not open. Bathroom door did not close correctly and was a sliding door for some reason. Noise from outside of the room was easily heard and there was not any noisy folks that we were aware of. Simply opening and closing doors. Not 3star experienc

The hotel was very clean. All the front desk people were helpful and friendly.

Rooms are kind of small. No microwave and water pressure was horrible.
