Hampton Inn and Suites Newport/Cincinnati

It was in a great location! The staff was also very kind and the hotel was clean.

The food was not very good and the 2nd morning of our stay the hot food was cold.

1) The Quality of the hotel and staff was top notch , 2) The location of the hotel next to the bridge made it very convenient to walk across to the Cincinnati side to the ballpark.

Nothing that bothered me.

The room was comfortable and roomy. it was close to the venues we wanted to visit.

The breakfast buffet really wasn't great as other hotels. i was not aware that we would be charged $10 per night parking. Hotels generally have free parking.

It’s convenience to the Cincinnati Reds baseball stadium. Plus, shopping and restaurant availability.

The room that we were in was nice. It was handicap accessible unit, and there was very little furniture in the room. I’m sure because of the handle handicap accessibility. had not requested a handicap accessible unit and it took a little getting used to.

Pool was too chilly to swim, no cream cheese for bagels at breakfast.

Dissappointed that the Breakfast was very understocked No Eggs or egg/sausage nuggets. Temp of food was warm at best..

The location greatly met my needs for all the events that I participated in during the stay.

The breakfast, particularly the eggs and Canadian bacon, did not meet expectations from other Hampton Inn/Hilton establishments I have visited.

Location, bridge to downtown Cincinnati right outside.

We were there from Monday to Saturday and housekeeping didn't show up until Friday. We had to get clean towels from the front desk.

Great location with tons to do in the area and great places to eat. Room set up was also very nice.

Communication with the front staff wasn't always consistent. However, they were always polite.

Listed as free parking but I had to pay daily parking rates. Staff was not very friendly about it.

Convenient to all sports venues. I asked twice for emailed receipt, never got it!!

Cost jacked up because other sporting events, extra deposit after paying in full, NOT FREE PARKING AS ADVERTISED!!! unable to o tain email receipt that $50 extra deposit was reimbursed. In room coffeemaker didn't work. Coffee downstairs was weak!

We didn¿t enjoy the breakfast and wish the pool was a little warmer for our children.

The location to and the view of Cincinnati was fantastic. We had a room with city view, perfect. Room was clean ,staff was courteous. Continental breakfast was one of the best post covid. Actually put some effort into it. 100% recommend

Only the way the streets that are around the hotel. Not a big fan of round abouts No fault to the hotel

The location is perfect if you are going to the Newport Aquarium. Also within walking distance is a movie theater, bowling alley, and restaurants.
